1st time User, love the concept and it’s very clean with friendly staff

Way too technological for the start, more human touch may be preferred for some. Wish could be more affordable. AC/central heating was a bit noisy and not adjustable. Felt cold from time to time. Guests noise is disturbing within the same room, not hotels' fault though. No free coffee/tea just still & sparkling water.

Good location. Friendly staff. Very stylish place overall. Facilities, equipment, decoration, colors, especially bathrooms are amazing. Capsules are big enough. Bed is comfy. Amenities, napkins, toilet paper, soap etc are of best quality. Showers are big. There are hairdryers, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. Very very clean place. Seems popular. Lobby is nice to chill. Modern building w a lift. There is a supermarket downstairs. Lockers are big. Very clean bed sheets. They give towel. Did not try but breakfast seemed nice. Would give 5/5 but 8/10 ;)

The only drawback is that there is no socket in the capsules themselves. You also cannot adjust the temperature inside the capsule itself, although the temperature was always at a comfortable level for me.

The capsule hotel was very nice. The bathrooms were always very clean, tidy, and smelling fresh. The staff are very friendly, and you can also work in the common area if you want. It was also very easy to check in and out.

This was my first experience in a capsule hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. It exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable, the shared bathrooms was very clean and the whole hotel smelled very nice.

If you can't the capsule hotel near main station, this is one is a good alternative. For a solo traveler who just needs a safe and clean place to stay, it's worth it. Download the app to make the "key"-ing experience easy.

The breakfast deal on offer was adequate but a little expensive given the lack of selection.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful with my questions about the surrounding places. The hotel is located very close to public transportation and local attractions. The facilities at the hotel were excellent.

Communication prior to checking in was a bit cumbersome and slow. The Goki app did not work most of the time when I tried to open the capsule and ended up having to use the manual code every time. There is also only 2 charging slots to use in the capsules with no AC outlet so you’re limited to what you can charge.

Loved the open area with provided bowls/plates/utensils for guests to use. Also loved that they provide free distilled/sparkling/cold water.

The interior design is great around the park, the lobby feels very cozy and has a nice view over the street, the capsules are well designed and very comfortable to sleep in and the bathrooms are very clean. After checkout I was able to leave my luggage in the storage room for the day before going to the train station I appreciate the water point where you can get still, cold and sparkling water. Not important on its own but shows the extra level of care and comfort that this property aims for

It’s not them it’s me. It’s my first time trying capsule hotel and probably will be the last time.

Very modern and clean and they do community event like pizza night. I’m surprised although the space was small but it was just enough to fit everything in.

Hallway where the lockers were for luggage storage was quite dark, it was hard to enter in the lock code to open the locker because of lighting

Capsules only had one USB A and one USB C charging ports - no wall sockets in the capsule however there were some in the communal lounge. Capsule got warm during the night - ventilation could be improved. Soundproofing was okay, but doors closing would be very loud and shake the capsule, so when other guests came in/out of the room or their capsule it would wake me up.

Extremely clean, spotless and modern property, very friendly staff who explained everything to me on arrival. Great value for money and location was convenient to the old town, bus stops and train station. The communal lounge was very comfortable with sofas and tables. Soap and shampoo provided was very nice. They even provided earplugs to use for the stay! I appreciated the lockers outside the room - it was big enough for my small suitcase to lay flat and access.

I don't know why I can't use the code to access the room, but I can use my cellphone as a key so it's not a big deal. The other thing I don't like is the temperature of the shower water. It's not stable and I was shocked when it suddenly turned hot or cold.

The capsule is a real capsule that gives you privacy. The ventilation inside is great. The capsule and the bathrooms are clean. I also like the shampoo/body wash they provided. The location is quite great. You can easily get there by walk or by bus from the train station.

The facilities were very good quality and clean. Stuff were helpful whenever asked a question and were kind. In a good location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station.
