The capsules were completely black out and as far as I am aware - sound proof. This hostel was exactly what I needed after a long few days of travel. I was able to sleep peacefully for over 10 hours. The breakfast (at a cost) was good value for money and the staff were always willing to help, including leaving my luggage after check out giving me free will to explore for a few more hours prior to my next train.

The light was a bit too dark, especially in the area where the lockers for baggage are. It was difficult to search in my bag in the darkness.

The hotel is really modern and facilities are good! Capsules are quite big.

All the facilities are great, including the checkin system. The bathroom is always clean and full of amenities. The location is good, 10min from city center and 15min to the main station. The Brazilian receptionist is really friendly and helpful.

Only problem i had was that my code suddenly didn't work once, but that got fixed and someone staying there let me in. Some people experienced problems with the lockers out in the hall, but the staff are always close by and ready to help.

Very clean hotel, has everything you need and should be the number 1 pick if you're backpacking and don't mind having shared spaces.

Sleeping pods could have used more charging points, as it only provided 1 USB C and USB A ports. Charging points were only provided in the lounge. I got an upper bunk that were a bit difficult to get in and out of as the ladders were quite steep. The hostel requires you to use an app to unlock the door to the hostel, the room your pod is in, and then the capsule pod itself, which can be a bit tedious and doesn't work sometimes forcing you to key in the code manually.

Fantastic location near the city center. Roughly 15 minutes walk from the main train station, right next to the lion monument, and there was a coop right outside the hostel in a shopping center. The pods were very comfortable and the toilets were very clean and worked well, with shampoo provided. The pantry has a microwave, and I especially appreciated the tap that gave free sparkling water in addition to still water.

No locker for large luggage coz it’s full.

Location was walking distance from centre and got supermkt around. Public toilet and bathroom were clean and spacious. Lounge area got sparkling water to refill.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property; everything exceeded my expectations

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The capsule was very comfortable, and the café and working area were both inviting and well-designed, providing a perfect space to relax and work.

This capsule hotel is fresh, clean, comfortable and has a fun and friendly vibe. The design of property is excellent and the capsules are roomy, quiet and have comfortable beds. I had a breakfast and a snack, both of which were delicious and good value, plus the lounge area had quality leather furniture and fun decor. I really enjoyed my stay.

Capsules could have a bit better lighting than just a single light source and maybe a small additional shelf for a book / phone etc. But this is a very little thing.

Very clean and comfortable capsule hotel. Having small bar and possibility for breakfast is a very nice to have! Shower layout with a small separate private dressing area is very good as you can keep your clothes dry.

The only minor issue l encountered was a flickering light in my capsule. While it was a bit distracting, it wasn't a major inconvenience and l didn't bother reporting it.

My stay at Capsule Hotel - Chapter Lucerne was an enjoyable experience. I was impressed by the hotel's original design and the unique concept behind it and the fact that it is brand new, modern and technologically advanced. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. I was particularly happy with their promptness and helpfulness. The hotel location was also very convenient making it easy to get around.

It was still kind of expensive

Location is great, the common area is very nice, i appreciated free stil and sparkling water, microwave and some board games. Bathrooms extremly clean, equipped with soap, shampoo and body lotion. Capsule is small but for short time it is all you need.

Genuinely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Extremely comfortable beds with plenty of space and privacy as they are within personal pods, which were very nice. The Peter Pan vibe/theme of the hostel was very fun and imaginative. Clean bathrooms and showers that included shampoo & body wash. Nice common area to do work which included a bar for tasty food, drinks, and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy self check-in & check-out.

I couldn't find a power outlet in the capsule, maybe I overlooked it. There's USB for charging the phone, though. Nothing major.

It's a capsule hotel, you have to know what you get. But it's super clean and new, very comfortable, and has a positive vibe to it. Staff is super helpful and friendly, and the lounge room where you can sit and have food and drinks and/or work is very nice. It's not too far from the center and the lake, so quite a deal for the city.

I thought I made a very good decision to book this Capsule hotel. It was even better than I expected. Everything is very clean and well organized. I especially like the lobby—— very cozy, warm, and well designed. And, as many people mentioned, the staff are amazing! It is the best option for solo-traveler to Lucerne:)

The locker for my suitcase reset a few times, but the staff was helpful about it.

I liked the neat little capsule, people were quiet and respectful, and it had everything I needed to be comfortable. The bathrooms were so spacious, clean, and I loved the vibe.
