The location was perfect! It was beautiful, and we could walk to dinner in town each night, but still feel removed enough. We always felt safe (on our midnight bathroom walks), and welcome.

We stayed in a two-bedroom bungalow at Camping Jungfrau and it was great. It's a campground so there is a lot of activity going on with people staying in everything from tents and rv's, to small cabins and bungalows. Our bungalow was supplied with everything we needed for cooking & eating. The good quality of the pots and pans surprised me. The staff made sure we understood how the gas heat & stove worked. One bedroom had 4 bunks that were wall to wall on one end of the room and we used the floor space in that room for our suitcases. The other bedroom had a large comfortable bed but the room is pretty tight to move around in. We managed fine but overall if you had a large family, it would be a tight fit with luggage. We had a nice porch with table and chairs for relaxing or eating a meal. Even though there were lots of people around, once the windows were shut it was very quiet. There is quiet time from 10PM to 7AM. The campground has everything you can imagine. There is a grocery, a restaurant, and bar. There are multiple laundry rooms, showers & bathrooms. One unique feature is a very large kitchen area with multiple stoves and cooking supplies where people can cook meals for themselves. Wifi was available and free to use. I'm not sure how often but there was a food truck that came to the camp one of the days we were there. It was about a 15 to 18 min walk to the train station for us old folks. We were in Bungalow 5 and it had beautiful views.

You need to walk at least a km from the train station to reach the property. Washrooms are a bit far from the cabins. There is no air con in the cabin. The heater worked well in June, but not sure, if it will be enough for colder months.

Its location was perfect, right in the middle of mountains and we could see waterfall from the property. There was a properly equipped shared kitchen on the site and washrooms (even if shared) were clean. There was also a restaurant on the site (we didn’t have time to try the restaurant, but the restaurant setting looked good). There was a food truck on site on Monday and Tuesday, but again, we didn’t have time to try it.

It was the first time our family stayed in a hostel, mostly because it was affordable way to visit the area. Our experience was so wonderful we will definitely consider staying in hostels in other regions. Thank you camping Jungfrau.

Kitchen was very busy during peak times so expect a wait. Also could use additional hot plates, sinks and tea towels for guests.

Clean bathrooms and well organised, cabins equipped with heater, small table and closet. Beautiful views of the valley and Staubbach Falls. 400m to bus stop.

This is situated in the most perfect spot of lauterbrunnen. There is a waterfall just behind and as you go brush your teeth, there a light that hit this beautiful water fall and you wonder how lucky you are to be in such the perfect location. It has a mini supermarket, restaurant, bar, showers are amazing. 10/10

Amazing amazing amazing!!! The campsite was overlooking our own waterfall and was clean, comfortable and cosy. The facilities had everything I needed: toilets, equipped kitchen, little grocery shop, restaurant etc! Couldn’t recommend more and I would certainly come back

Great location, everything was super clean, the staff were very friendly and we had a pond right outside our cabin where we got to watch the ducks every morning and drink our coffee, it was a wonderful stay!

Free WiFi. ALL the amenities you would need - kitchen, showers, laundry, store to purchase things. THE LOCATION & VIEWS! Can not beat this location and all that it has to offer. We will be back and will be booking here again :-)

Bunkbeds are jaded can be improved for safety aspects.

Common bathrooms are clean Reception is friendly As seen on pictures - waterfall is literally there. Our cabin came with this postcard view - superb! It can be quite a walk with luggage etc from the train station. Tip is to request for shuttle way in advance.

The unit is too small for 4 adults. The distance from the train station is far. Not accessible by bus.

the internet service - not user friendly

Our experience was very good. The customer service staff in particular Isell - she was amazing. Isell helped us with clear hostel information and very good information regarding activities in the area. Isell has excellent customer service skills, knowledge and qualities and she made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you Isell.

The kitchen area could get a little hectic at dinner time.

Perfect location close to town but a little out of the way of the crowds that flock to Lauterbrunnen. We had to check in late and it was very easy. Facilities are cleaned well daily, our fox cabin was hot during the day but was easy to cool down at night. The beds were comfy. The restaurant on site had very nice food (reservation needed). There’s a shop where you can buy some snacks and basics for cooking too, as well as fresh bread in the morning.

The stay is 1.8 KM from the train station, need to walk a lot for anything if you don't have a car.

This is a best camping site when you have a vehicle or you want to camp away from the town
