LOCATION WAS GREAT. SHORT WALK TO EVERYTHING. FACILITIES WAS CLEAN AND UP TO DATE. STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. OUR SHED HAD A RUNNING CREEK BEHIND IT SO NATURE SOUNDS ALL NIGHT.

A few areas of potential improvement, the restaraunt is closed Monday and Tuesday and there is a food truck that comes. The food truck never showed up on the Monday so we were left with out dinner one night as everything else was closed up. The other thing was the shower facilities has no soap or anything in the showers, which would be helpful :)

We loved how unique this property was. We are avid campers, but for this trip we had luggage and none of our camping gear so we opted for one of the fox cabins. It was quaint and just what we needed for our time in lauterbrunnen. We hope to be back here in the future! Also loved the location, that it was tucked back in the valley away from some of the bustle of the tourism in the city. Also loved the onsite shop and restaraunt.

An improvement will be supplying body wash in the showers.

Nice location at the end of town with views of the waterfall. The hostel room was clean and cosy. Shared bathroom was clean and had good hot water. The staff were very helpful, it was convenient having an onsite mini grocery store. The restaurant was excellent!

Fantastic campground with friendly & helpful staff. Exceptionally beautiful location in the shadow of mountain with a high waterfall in view. Great shared bathrooms with private shower stalls, clean toilets and sink stations with mirrors. Shared kitchen is well laid out and well stocked. Gift shop is nice with a surprising amount of offerings. I will be back.

Bathrooms are placed at one corner of the place and it can be a bit uncomfortable if you need to go while its raining or in the middle of the night. You may also have to wait for a bit to use the services.

You need to walk a bit from the Lauterbrunnen station, which could be painful if you have luggage with you. The camping spot is at a very nice location otherwise. The kitchen has facilities to cook, clean and publicly store your stuff.

We had to use swiss frank coins to use the stove and there was no free cash machine available. At least could have been an app to use or purchased tokens.

Washing machine is spoilt but luckily the staff helped. Toilet is 80 metres walk from fox cabin. Bathrooms and toilets can be cleaner.

Everything was stupendous! What a magnificent property! It’s the best place to stay in Lauterbrunnen in my opinion if you’re driving, because it’s very spacious. There’s lots of parking on property. The room we stayed in was very large and the bathrooms we shared were right outside the room and were always very clean. Our room had a beautiful wrap around balcony overlooking the reception/restaurant area and you can see the waterfall from the room. Everything was an easy walk and distance from Camping Jungfrau.

if I have to pick one, its got to be the location. Its a fair 700m+ walk from Lauterbrunnen train station, and there's no direct bus stop in front of the camp site. Will have issue if you got big luggage. However, due to the unique location, the waterfall is right in front of your doorstep where u stay! it's a matter of give and take.

The Check in and check out process was excellent, though i made a mistake of forget to pay after check out. anyway, all sorted out without any unpleasant issue :) A whatsapp call settle everything! convenient for us, oversea traveller.

Cost was extortionate Fir half the amount we could have rented a 4 berth mobile home with en suite using euro camp ( had one been available) We the had to pay fir electricity fir cooking on top of the room price
