We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere is nothing wrong with the traditional Swiss style but our room and the corridor to it was a little dated and tired in places. We did glimpse some of the other rooms and they looked modern and updated. However there was nothing wrong with our room itself, it was clean and a decent size.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of the town but set a street back so it is sheltered from the noise of the main street. Also very convenient for the main train station and the Gornergrat train. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was pleasant to stay in. It has a lovely reception, seating, bar and dining areas. We stayed in the main hotel on the 4th floor (409). Our room had a big corner balcony with lovely views down the valley and of the mountains (not the Matterhorn itself but you can't have everything!). Breakfast was buffet style served from 7.00am, and it was all very nice. They also do complimentary afternoon coffee/tea and cakes.

SpainWe had a wonderful here stay during Ultraks. The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff and is just a few steps away from the train station and the start line. Additionally, they have a sauna that operates from 4 pm to 9 pm. Definitely would come back.
