    it was firstly over priced for the wuality and details mentioned on the advertisement, it is nothing like what it appears. the boiler wasnt working and staff wasn't responsive even after numerous calls and messages , highly unprofessional and disappointed. due to boiler issue, we, a family of 6 including kids had to loose pur 4 hours atleast to boil water on gas hob and take shower in really uncomfortable way. having 3 bedrooms but only 1 fan in such warm weather and when opened windows for fresh air, the area is too noisy that early morning at 5/6 dump truck starts rolling near by and cant sleep. curtains were no good in any room. there was no guest pass or information telated to that, due to which we had to pay each day to-and-from from station by paying from own pocket as well as at fee attractions also where with guest pass you get discount. due to boiler issue, i have wasted my first half precious day and few important attractions from my already tight schedule. so i demand a refund of my first day due to this inconvenience and had already mentioned this to host after issue hasn't been fixed. I NEED REFUND OF ATLEAST 1 DAY.

    Kitchen cupboards leak from ceiling, disrupting electrical circuits, the owner has been notified but no one has followed up. One room window was broken cannot close. There is not enough light in the bathroom and it is dangerous for children to take a shower, no window and exhaust fan.

    No staff, no instructions on how you will get the room key and what room number. We asked the man in the restaurant below the apartment to contact the owner which been very helpful.

    There was no central heating even though the apartment was quite cold when we were staying. The flush in the toilet did not work sometimes. There was no TV.

    I called the number on WhatsApp and the person guided me to the keybox via a videocall and gave me the keycode. There was free Wifi.

    Only one bathroom, no instructions to get the property key. Check out time is stick to 10.30.

    Very good location, walkable distance to bus and train station, also to shops and parks.

    bathroom no toilet roll door stuck on closing ,shower drain full in 2 minutes. not same as in pictures shows. phone contact number not answering. blanket condition not good enough, mattress need to change in second bedroom.

    The property where we were moved, had a clogged sink, a kettle that doesn't work. We informed about this at the whatsapp number that was provided to us but there was no response. We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to address the issue.

    We were made to stay in a different property than what we booked. As we were visiting with family without a car, we had chosen Blumenstrasse as it is centrally located in Interlaken and very close to the main street. But, AFTER we arrived we were told that the apartment is NOT available and were shifted to another apartment which was farther from the centre. This was very inconvenient for us

    When requested for extra fan from Host, no response. There were bedbugs on 1 room where I slept as I am full of bedbug bites! so this need to be addressed. I have evidence if needed. I hope booking.com do not allow such apartments on their list of choices for places to stay in Interlaken.

    BED BUGS!!! DIRTY!! UNRESPONSIVE HOST!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Booking.com did very LITTLE to help or support us during this disaster of a stay. Based upon the recent reviews I don't know why they continue to allow this property to be listed.

    Nothing good to say. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place has BED BUGS all over and the host denies it despite pictures and other complaints. The host is unresponsive, will not return messages and emails etc. Had to go to Booking.com to get a response. Apartment is difficult to find and dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE! Not worth even one dollar per night!

    The owner sent us to a different accommodation than the one originally booked. We were informed about the change at the last minute on arrival at the station, the accommodation was away from the center and also had to climb up 2 floors of stairs with our luggage with no help. We were told that the original apartment booked had a bathroom leak and they needed time to fix it. we were made to move to our original apartment after 2 nights (out of 3 nights booked) since the other apartment was already booked for another family. This caused us so much inconvenience to pack, shift, carry bags down 2 floors and then up 2 floors again that too for one night. The new apartment didn’t have AC or fans, although more conveniently located. When we asked the owner for a fan, he ghosted us on chat and his father shouted at us to just keep the windows open. They never provided a fan in spite of multiple requests. Overall a pathetic experience and I would strongly recommend to avoid this accommodation

    The place wasn't worth it for the money we paid. First of all it took us a while to contact with the owner to receive the code and to know how to do the check in, lucky a guy we met at the door told us to call them. The entrance and stairs were absolutely disgusting, very dirty and with a very bad smell. When we entered in the apartment we found dirt in the walls, next to the bed, which was absolutely disgusting. The curtains looked like they were falling down and in very bad conditions. The kitchen was not very good cleaned and it had humidity on the ceiling. I wouldn't go there again because it was not comfortable at all. We were completely disgusted all the time, trying to spend the lo gest time in the street as possible in order to avoid being inside the apartment. Very disappointing and definitely a waste of money.

    The only good thing is the location which is in the city centre and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

    They have bed bugs in all rooms. One baby and uncle got bed bugs bite. some were gound in walls and sofa too.

    The check in was terrible. I reached at 1700 when they say check in starts after 1600. No instructions was given. I called the staff and they say the cleaning lady will let me in but when I carried my luggage up, they wanted me to wait for 10 over minutes in that narrow staircase. I told them what’s taking them so long when the room supposed to be ready at 1600, no apologies was given and they just said ok but you can go in now! what kind of reply is that? The bed is infested with bed bugs. All of us were bitten. I have images of the bugs and the bites!

    No hot water for our entire stay. We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. We have to shower in a cold water. What we did, we boiled some water so we will not freeze to death while taking a shower. I messaged the owner/host gazillion times. Even tried calling the contact number that was given no answer, but they just ignored us. Swiss is beautiful but our accommodation was a nightmare. On top of that, the stove is not working and the fridge doesn't close completely. We paid a lot but we didn't get the worth of our money!!!!!
