No staff, no instructions on how you will get the room key and what room number. We asked the man in the restaurant below the apartment to contact the owner which been very helpful.

There was no central heating even though the apartment was quite cold when we were staying. The flush in the toilet did not work sometimes. There was no TV.

I called the number on WhatsApp and the person guided me to the keybox via a videocall and gave me the keycode. There was free Wifi.

No hot water for our entire stay. We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. We have to shower in a cold water. What we did, we boiled some water so we will not freeze to death while taking a shower. I messaged the owner/host gazillion times. Even tried calling the contact number that was given no answer, but they just ignored us. Swiss is beautiful but our accommodation was a nightmare. On top of that, the stove is not working and the fridge doesn't close completely. We paid a lot but we didn't get the worth of our money!!!!!

All below issues need to be reported for this property: 1) Bedbug: We found a bedbug in the property which made it really scary. Photo attached. After coming home, we had to clean everything. Couple of us were left scratching our backs at night and now it was evident with the bed bug as to why we had to scratch. 2) Water leak: Water was leaking form the property above us in the kitchen. This spoiled some of our food and we had to throw some food as we were not sure what leakage it was, whether toilet leakage or other!!!. After complaining the leak was fixed but nothing cleaned on the kitchen platform. Next day morning when apartment above us take shower next morning it started leaking again. Leak wasn’t fixed, 3) No duvet provided even after complaining. 6 people were provided with 5 duvets. When we asked owner he said 1 of them is a large duvet on double bed. But all of them were same size and thin ones. One of us had to really adjust for all nights in cold weather. Asked about heater in the property and were told due to Government regulations they are not supposed to use the heaters. This is not the case in a hotel where we stayed after this stay. 4) Stove not working: We got this apartment to cook food. But stove used to stop working after taking shower. So all our packed food was waste as Stove, kettle and microwave all of it not working. We had to spend lot of money to manage food from outside. 5) Fridge was not working due to loose door. 6) No response to our calls and didn’t bother to call us back: One instance on our last night call with owner for addressing our issues. 7) Entering the property without notifying us while it’s in use. We felt that the property was accessed on the last day without our notice. The key box pin was altered on what we left. Also, the windows were open when we had closed before leaving the property.

This was an absolute nightmare! First arrived tired, went to sleep and next day woke up with insect bites. We thought it were moskitos, but next 2 days we actually found some bedbugs. Left immediately next day - manager was denying bugs until we told him to come and see for himself. To be fair - I got back 50% of the price, but it´s still absolutely ridiculous that the apartment is still on booking. Take this stuff down and blacklist it for 1 year, cleaning it with special chemic stuff every month until all bugs die, for God´s sake! Also: fridge too cold - froze our salad to ice, the kitchen equipment is pretty bad and in a rough shape, the pictures don´t tell the truth about the apartment.

The property was not ready when it said it would be and the property owner did not seem to care much, they got it cleaned an hour and a half later. The oven did not work and took them two days to come and look at it, freezer is frozen over and can not be used,Fridge is old. The hot water did not work for the first night luckily we found the switch to get it working again. There was no dishwashing tablets or powder and only one roll or toilet paper so we had to get our own. The floor was still dirty after it being cleaned and the wet mop was just put in a bucket near the front door so it would not dry for the next time. Does not seem like it has had any preparations done before being put on booking platforms. The host only became helpful after I called and pointed out all the things that were wrong with the property, and said I would not be writing a favourable review.

It was located on 3rd floor which was not mentioned anywhere and there was no elevator.

1. No hot water for 3 nights we paid to stay there. 2. No working fridge 3. No working cooktop 4. Only half the apartment had electricity 5. Kids badly bitten with bites from bedding 6. Broken window with glass shards. Very dangerous for kids. This apartment shouldn’t be available for hire. It’s disgusting.

I do not recommend this property. It was the worst night in worst property I ever spent with my kids. We went to bed around 9pm and shockingly, my kids started crying around 10pm due to bugs biting. Once we checked, each room and each bed had lot of bed bugs. We live in Germany and have very good cleaning standards and this was the first time my kids suffered bed bugs biting. I reported to the property rep straight away with videos of all rooms and they changed our flat in the neighboring building. Due to bed bugs problem, we had to change our cloths, took showers, packed the stuff again and moved from 1st floor of a building to 2nd floor of neighboring building. Hell of stuff and stairs with no lift. New flat was much cleaner but again found bed bugs in one room so we all 6 had to sleep in one room around mid night. We left property as per rule at 10am.
