Bathroom was quite small, with a very small sink.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Bern, with easy access to the main areas of the town and the train station. Hotel room was large, comfortable and well maintained. We also appreciated the coffee machine in our room.

Massive big room, and wonderfully located close to the train station. The bed was massive. I've a super king bed and this was even bigger. Massive bathroom too. They kindly set up the coach bed for our son quickly after we arrived.

Everything about the property was absolutely amazing. We were super close to the train station. We were welcomed with smiles and offered every opportunity for customer service that you can imagine! We stored our bags early so that we could begin to see the town and right after we left, they let us know our room was ready early, which was a great treat for us. Costa was outstanding and we can’t say enough nice things about him! We will make sure to recommend this phenomenal venue to all of our family and friends.

The room was quite small

Centrally located, just a few minutes off federal square and the main station of Bern. Breakfast was fabulous. Rooms are very modern and very well insulated - an amazing feat for being a building in the historical town center. It even has a fitness room at the top floor.

I really can't find a fault with this hotel without comparing it to hotels outside of this price range. I guess one small thing would be that the cleaning staff starts a little early and makes a lot of noise. Not a problem for visitors that wake up early anyway due to the time difference.

The property was clean, and the staff was attentive. We had a problem with our air conditioner leaking water. (It was extremely hot in Switzerland). Within 5 minutes of calling the front desk, two staff members arrived, accessed the situation; and in 15 mins. we were moved to another room and given a free breakfast for our troubles. Although I was not aware of any on site restaurants, there were myriad options locally.

We are regular guests. We like the hotel a lot but this time our experience was not good due to a very loud party taking place in the main square near by and guests in other room making a lot of noise. We did not sleep at all. It is unacceptable such a noisy party/festival in the middle of the city . There are children , elderly people, etc. I almost had a feeling we were not in Switzerland any longer… the hotel staff is good but it was an awful night with no sleep. Unfortunately we only received an alert on the fact that traffic would be cut in the street, not that it would be a full on crazy party and other guests making noise until morning.

Lovely and cool at night with the Aircon in summer. Friendly staff and trustworthy baggage drop off. Spacious room with a small balcony. Nice rain shower head and hand held head.

The location was perfect. It is walking distance to the main train station, the federal palace @ most of the sightseeing areas. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly.

The bathroom door being glass and not closing completely was not great, the room would be perfect if that was a solid sliding door that sealed shut.
