Unfortunately as we stayed in a 3 person room we did not have the epic mountain view that those with rooms at the front of the property did. The room was also quite small for 3 people, but it did have a lot of storage and places to put bags which was handy.

The location is amazing, just across the road from the bus station and 100m from the train station (if that!). The view from the hotel balcony was just incredible. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Tiny room. No space to move around even for 2 persons. Bathroom was exceptionally small. Shower area is not sufficient even for a fit person.

Close to Grindelwald station. Very easy to locate. Bus station was also very close - right in the front of the hotel - which connected different parts of Grindelwald. The view of Eiger mountain from our balcony was exceptional. Please opt for the room with balcony although it is more expensive

Amazing staff, very helpful and cordial, Wow! It's each one of them were so nice and empathising. Loved the way they treated us. Property is just 200m walkable from the train station and opposite to the Bus station. It's on the main road and close to the market.

The bathroom was very small

Right in the centre of Grindelwald. There was parking at the rear. The beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. The staff were really friendly. Amazing views of the Eiger from the balcony.

During the night, when trying to sleep, we could hear people from other rooms making noise/moving things etc. Room was smaller than expected and shower was small but was not a big issue.

Very clean, good location and good breakfast with a nice view. Also liked the lounge area where we could have tea and enjoy the views outside.

It is a bit of a walk from train station, but we didn't mind. The only bummer was that they started tearing down the hotel next door just a few days before our arrival and there was construction right outside our beautiful view that I had paid extra for. So if you are goin in the next few months be aware.

We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Room was comfortable and staff was wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!

The bathroom is very small and the corner of the shower is quite pointed and caused a few injuries hiring our stay after hitting our foot on it

Maybe a bigger bathroom , but it was fine really.

The breakfast was very nice, good selection . Loved the the location. Even though it was right in the heart of town we did not hear street noise. Perfect location to walk from train station. I left something in the room and they were so wonderful, they mailed to our next hotel location in Switzerland. Such great service!!

Breakfast buffet could be better with a little variety on different days.

Excellent location. Right across the train station and bus stop. All major activities nearby. Restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were decent enough with good facilities and cleanliness.

The room is tiny, can’t even open luggage. The bathroom is very tiny and always has this unpleasant smell. The shower box has this sharp corner, very easy to hit your leg.

The location is very good, next to train station, in front of bus hub. Breakfast is very good .

The room was quite smaller than expected, and very hard to cool down. There was a fan at least which was nice as AC does not seem to be common in Switzerland. I know there’s not much they can do about size of room, but it was just hard to lay out suitcase/ literally had to climb over it to get into bed. They had a closet, but for only staying a few nights it wasn’t worth it to unpack completely.

Such a cute place with beautiful views from the balconies. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even helped us plan our time in Grindlewald to get the most out of it. It’s in a very central location and so easy to get everywhere from there. Breakfast was delicious and everything was so cute, cozy, and welcoming! :)

The old fashion room key was not only bulky but also did not auto lock, and the people across from my room left their keys outside their door twice while I was there. The bathroom is very small. I don't understand the weird mini refrigerator in the room. The size is the same like other hotel's mini fridge but the storage space inside is only 10% of other fridge. The room has no AC (very hot summer day/night) but no problem when I opened the windows and no noise at all. I'm glad a portable fan was also provided. The room price is consider on the expensive side.

The location was perfect as the train station is just 1 minute away and bus station is just across the street. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket are just steps away. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very nice balcony at bedroom and breakfast room facing the mountains. Limited but nice selections of breakfast items. 24 hours free coffee/tea at the lounge.
