It was centrally located next to the West train station. There are many nice restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was the friendliest of our trip. They were very helpful with things to do in the area. Their breakfast area was nice & well staffed, with a good selection of food. The room was very clean, with great daily maid service.

The hotel is in a very good location. Everything close. The bed is very good. Breakfast good and sufficient. Coffee, tea and water in the lobby at all times. The room is big enough.

It was a little hot so we had to leave windows open. The fan helped, but property does not have AC. We managed.

The toilet door of our room cannot be locked. The bed is too soft for us. The breakfast is unsatisfactory in terms of the food taste and variety.

The location is great as it is close to the railway station. There is free coffee and tea at the hotel lobby. The staff are friendly and responsive. We also have a fantastic view of Jungfrau from our room balcony.

Location by shopping, restaurants, 24 hour espresso and teapot in room, access to Interlaken-West Hbf are outstanding. VERY helpful staff. My score on value is based on an international scale, versus Swiss scale. I guess everything is expensive in Switzerland so the people who live here can make enough money to afford everything being so expensive!

The only thing is very, very minor. The elevator is small. So, if you are a couple trying to go up or down with bags when other people are using the elevator, you may have to go in two trips or wait for the elevator car to go by once or twice. It only fits about 4 people max or 2 people with bags.

This is a splendid hotel with a SUPER friendly and helpful staff in a great location for travelers. It is right across the street from the Interlaken West train station. It is on the busy Bahnhofstrasse shopping street and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist spots in Interlaken. The balcony rooms have a tremendous view of the Jungfrau region when the weather is clear, and you get an interesting view of the action on the street below. Even though those balcony rooms face a busy street, there was zero problem with any noise.
