Location, very near to Interlaken West train and bus station. The hotel gives free pass to buses within the area Excellent choices for breakfast We stayed in a family room with my husband and 2 small kids and my mother and we are all comfortable

The location is better than I expected. It is just across the road from the bus terminal and train station. The breakfast was great... enough variety to enjoy and fill up. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, and being able to have a free cup of hot beverage or water, and relax in the hotel lobby after a tiring outing is definitely a plus. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to Interlaken.

Expensive, but that is what you get in Interlaken area.

The place is super close to Interlaken West Train station, and most attractions in Interlaken area, plenty of restaurants closeby. The hotel is way better than what it looks from outside. You get a great view of the city and the mountains. The staff is friendly.

Towels were paper thin and accommodation price seems a bit high for basic room provided but location makes up for it compared to other options in the town.

Breakfast was limited but nice to avoid paying for another meal in the area. Coffee and drinking tap to fill bottles in the lobby available anytime was such a simple but incredible accommodation for guests. The staff was very kind and available when needed. Hotel provided a free fare bus card/transit card for Interlaken which we used daily for buses or transfers to the next train station. The central location next to the train/bus station was the best part about this hotel, close enough to catch a train within minutes of it arriving, but not so close that the train noise entered our room. Our view was beautiful as well and the shower pressure and water temperature was very nice - clean, modern bathrooms made our stay very comfortable.

Clean and seems to have done some renovation. It’s a perfect location as it’s just diagonally opposite the train station. Thus save us a lot of time walking as we use Interlaken as a base to go out to places over the 6 days. The room is quite spacious to place our luggages to unpack and pack. There is a restaurant below the restaurant that serves nice braised pork. Many tourists came in groups for meals so try to avoid lunch and dinner crowd. Jerome and Thomas were very courteous and helpful to all our queries which we truly appreciate.

Accomodation was perfect, central location, spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, we arrived early and not only did the lady mind our bags while we explored but she moved them to our room when it was ready and even upgraded our room because we stayed over 3 nights

Loved everything!

The staff of the hotel was exceptionally good. We have observed that the reception staff spend good amount of time with each customer to explain everything about the hotel and the surrounding area. He informed us about everything there is to know about Interlaken, the attractions, travel arrangements and more. Really grateful for the service.

The pricing is far too high for the facilities and room. I suppose it was because we booked last minute and not in advance.

The property is located conveniently right next to the Interlaken West station and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room came with a small balcony with a nice view of the mountains and adjacent street. The booking came with a breakfast which had limited but decent options.

This hotel is easy to find and so close to the Interlaken West train station, we were able to walk everywhere. Our room was on the 4th floor on the side with nice mountain views and able to see the paragliding, we liked it had a lift and breakfast was great. Being on a main road the room was quieter then I expected and at night with the windows and balcony door closed you couldn't hear anything. Great stay.

We stayed one day less, requested refund in long advance but repeatedly denied- ultimately not refunded whereas we found that the hotel was full- so could have been done at spot.

Location is very good, just by the side of Interlaken west Reception information during check in was good. WIFI was good.

Very close to station, so convenient. Also free room upgrade as I was staying 3 nights - a pleasant surprise. Very helpful staff at breakfast and reception. Very good breakfast, the produce was, for the most part, excellent.
