Well managed the equipment in-rooms.

Pros : Breath-taking view, with spacious parking lots. Reasonable breakfast with various dishes. Cons : But the way to get to the parking lot made me a little annoyed. Unfortunately, there is some furniture issues, which all were not managed well. A leg of The chair was broken as well as the shower hose water was leaking.

The breakfast n dinners (far better food than most of the restaurants we tried in the city) note everything is on the pricey side in Grindlewald, service people are very nice n helpful - central location n the main building rooms had high ceilings and are very nice plus good parking facility

The staff, the service. I have been in many 5-stars hotels in different locations around the world but I never seen hospitality like this. Panagiotis is not just helpful but a wonderful professional. Above expectations. Also the rooms and the vibes of this hotel are amazing. It's my first time and for sure will be not the last

No air conditioning and rooms were warm

The staff was incredible! They were so thoughtful and friendly! The entire hotel was above and beyond - the food and the facilities were incredible! The best hotel I’ve been to in Europe!

It’s located up a hill , so you have to take some long stairs to reach. The AC in the room is not real air conditioning it’s just ventilation. So in summer it’s quite hot to sleep , but better than other hotels where there was not even any ventilation.

The hotel is centrally located in the prime street. It’s very chic and modern with all facilities you might require. It’s has a very stylish garage full of music, perfume and lights. Free mini bar.

The only down side would be the check in desk was always busy, with only 1 or 2 staff members causing a long wait every time you needed to speak to reception. Other than this, perfect hotel and stay

Wow, my favourite hotel in Switzerland. Right in the heart centre of Grindelwald, with an unforgettable view of the mountains. the hotel was clean, modern, stylish, cosy and overall perfection. The staff where lovely, and very helpful. Their English speaking was perfect throughout the whole hotel. We took our 2 Pomeranians with us and the hotel was so accommodating, gave us beds and bowls for them, and everyone around the hotel greeted them each day :)

The hotel has very good location to the town centre and many tourist activity area like Grindelwald First and Toboggan.

It was an extraordinary experience. As a couple exploring the Grindelwald region for the first time, we were absolutely captivated by this accommodation. Choosing a room with a view allowed us to wake up to a stunning panorama every day, and I highly recommend it. The location is centrally positioned, providing excellent access to nearby villages and hiking activities. The room quality, food, staff, and the hotel’s aesthetic were all impeccable. The underground parking was a nice bonus. The hotel kitchen was delightful. 10/10. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. We already miss it!

The only thing that I couldn’t stay longer. Some information I would like to mention that will help others understanding the situation of the two buildings. There are two buildings, I was in building 2 it wasn’t an issue once you still moving inside the hotel and don’t need to go out and re enter again. From reception you have to take 2 elevators to reach your room in building 2. It was easy access.

Special thousands thanks to Octabia & Alberto from reception. Alberto I want to say that it was very nice and kind of you to guide me to my room in building 2. Every thing was perfect, staff’s hospitality, offered special refreshments once arrival, clean cozy rooms, comfy bed, nice shower, yoga mat, umbrella and small basket in the room, view and relaxing, variety of breakfast, swimming pool and the gym, private car parking. Every thing every detail was so perfect. Impressive things: There are 3 rooms number 708,706,705 was possible to connected to each other with a small private corridor and a small counter in the middle supplied with a microwave. That will be very helpful for a group of 6 people.

everything was amazing

Everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. The sauna, jacuzzi and pool were amazing. They are extremely clean and someone is always cleaning. I received a massage and facial, it was the best massage I ever had. The rooms were so comfy and nicely decorated. The breakfast was fantastic!

Check-in at reception takes forever, have to wait for about 45mins for our turn to check in. Key card being faulty, 3 out of 6 card doesn't work and have to request replacement multiple times. Service not up to par for its price.
