Service was uneven, some could not do enough to make you happy, others seemed to hold back on what they were willing to offer to help you out. Nothing huge, just at the price point everyone should be bending over backward for a the guests.

It's a beautiful place, decorated, and placed really well in the town. Great restaurant BGs inside, and the staff are overall a great group.

If you are arriving by car you need to pay for keeping your car in their parking lot.

Among the most luxurious hotels, we've been to. This hotel has been renovated and everything looks new. The spa was great and the view was stunning. This location is great and is located uphill from the city.

Beautiful rooms in the heart of grindelwald. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the free shuttle bus service to the train station when it was raining. The breakfast buffet had so many options! The spa was also a great way to unwind after the day.

Incredible hotel. We were in a balcony room with Eiger view - the view was astonishing. Cannot wait to return, we will be requesting room 304 again!! Special mention to Joseph, who took us to and from the train station. He was fantastic and so friendly. It blew our minds to learn that he had lived in Aberdeen for 6 years (where we currently live). Hope to meet him again next time! The food in the grill restaurant was excellent too. We arrived late in the evening and the staff all stayed back late to accommodate my wife and I. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I found the air conditioning in the room insufficient at times to cool the room down to a comfortable sleeping temperature for me personally. I didn't query this with the hotel though, so it may well have been that I hadn't set the controls properly.

Great location in the heart of Grindelwald town. Fabulous view over the mountains and the Eiger in particular. The sauna and spa facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi, were excellent, spotless and well used by us. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast was superb - I could not fault it!

Beautiful hotel with fabulous views. Spacious well decorated bedroom and bathroom . The breakfast selection was extensive with freshly made omelettes available.We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious.Typical small fine dining portions but that's what you expect. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and wanted to help make your stay enjoyable. The addition of the pool and spa is lovely especially after a busy day. Short walk to the bus and train station so everything very accessible. I would go back for another visit without hesitation.

Wasn't a fan of the restaurant evening menu, thought it was a touch expensive considering the competition in the town. Didn't really feel tempted by the choice.

Lovely well presented hotel, good facilities, fantastic view from the rooms, staff were exceptional friendly and very helpful, rooms were a good size clean and nicely decorated with good facilities. Breakfast was of good quality and choice.

First of all, I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Folk, the night front desk staff at the hotel. I initially had my first communication with Mr. Folk when I called around 10 p.m. one evening. His cheerful personality and excellent work ability made for a very pleasant and efficient phone conversation. Secondly, I would also like to thank Mr. Folk for helping us a lot in the early morning when we left the hotel. Since we needed to catch the train at six o'clock in the morning to leave, everything became very inconvenient. Mr. Folk helped us as much as he could, and made us feel the warmest and most caring service. I hope that Mr. Folk will meet more kind and sincere people like him in his future work. Finally, I would like to say that this hotel is outstanding in terms of views, facilities, dining and service. You can choose this hotel without hesitation.
