We arrived late night on Saturday followed by Sunday and Monday was public holiday so service staff was not available on these days. There are some previous comments about the bathroom which I ignored as those were old, but the bath area does need some repairs. We had to deal with water spilling out of the bath for the two days our self. Later the service team offered us extra towels promptly but no one was sent to check / repair. Smaller amenities like extra toilet paper had to be requested. The apartment did not have extra bin bags, kitchen cloths so we had to use our own. Utensils like Pans did not have lids so it was quite a challenge to prep our meals as the cooktop would heat up quite quickly. I loved the digital check-in via app but it can be quite problematic especially if the phone battery dies out or if someone else needs an extra key. When booking via this platform, one cannot choose the location of the apartment although the description and photos shows all apartments. So I was allocated a UG apartment (which was quite Ok) but the pictures included terrace / balkon.

We decided to stay in Spiez to skip the tourists and it was worth it. The apartment has superb location and is 5 mins walking from the Spiez station. It is also quite convenient to reach the lakes and castle from there. All basic services mentioned in the listing were offered. We arrived quite late in the evening and the apartment was ready to use. Depends on the apartment you book and you can get excellent view of the Alps from the apartment. Check in and check out was quite smooth. Overall a great experience and I would love to visit Spiez again.

The bathroom didn't had shower gel and the bathroom door was not moving properly and didn't had a lock.

The location is great, it was near to the station and ferry station. The room was clean and had large windows which meant natural light. The kitchen was well equipped and had the utensils.

We stayed in the 2 apartments that are in the floor below, on the ground floor there is Italian restaurant and the kitchen is in the lower floor, one of the apartments really smelted from cooking the whole time.

The apartments are clean and good location. we visited with 3 children.

Kitchen - the oven knob was missing, could be better with instructions on how to use the electronic interface Windows - some including the one in toilet do not have curtains and the one at kitchen cannot be opened, can only rely on cooking vent to air the kitchen Bed - sheets were quite rough, would be better with softer ones

Excellent location that is near to train station, cosy apartment with amazing views and great furniture. There was a fridge, dishwasher, smart tv and full cooking facilities. Easy check in and out process with just a swipe on the unlock feature on website.

The only setback is the sofa bed. It is not suitable for 2 peoples. Even a single people will have very uncomfortable sleep and rest.

Myself and wife love the location of the apartment especially the balcony that facing the lake. The apartment is very close to the Spiez station and the only problem is the signage of the apartment is very small and printed on the window of the restaurant (We are struggling to locate it in the beginning). The restaurant's name should be mentioned. But once you find it, it is very easy to locate as it is on the main road. The apartment is one of the my best rated apartments from 4 apartments during my 11 nights stay in Switzerland.

Difficult to get feedback and slow. Faceless administrators. No bedside tables or lights Curtains not sufficient allowing lots of light in at night Shower drain was blocked which i lifted the cap and cleaned myself Kettle not working and could not be sorted in three days after multiple comms. No comforrable chairs in lounge... taken up to provide a third bed. No hairdryer Etc.

Communication was only via email, and took at 24 hours or more for any response. The location is near the train station but getting to the apartment is a bit tricky from the train station if you use GPS. Once we reached the address, a restaurant staff confirmed that the apartment is down below. The weather was warm in late September, and no floor fan was available upon request. Thus we had to open the windows at night. The windows have no screen. Mosquitos were problematic when we opened the windows. I had many mosquito bites on my face and arms overnight. Lack of essential amenities i.e. paper towel, coffee pods. The bathroom door is still not fixed. It is still stacked, we can’t closed the door. There were complaints were previously noted from other guests about door is stacked. Hair in the bathroom floor. Bread crumbs on the floors in the living room, which were also noted on previous guests complaints.

As the constructive comments as I had rechecked with them for early check in 1 day before the date of arrival and they said "yes" But they didn't change the check in time in the system as they provide the "Key in the App" to unlock the door and the time still was set to access after 3:pm but Luckily they had sent me the othe days for information to get the key in the lockbox so I could get into the room. And in Bathroom there was no doormat.

The apartment is located just 10 mins walk to the Spiez train station. The staff provided me clearly direction to get to the apartment. Nice view from the Balcony with Lake and Spiez Castle There was a kitchenette and the wifi worked well The Sofa bed can sleep for 2 people , my mom and I had slept together and we slept well but if the people who love the comfy or soft bed might have a problem.th The main Bedroom , Bed was very comfy. It is a nice place to stay.

The apartment is very big and clean. You can see the lake and mountain through the window. It has very nice view.

No wifi password ever existed in the room, and we had to knot neighbour’s door for the password, owner replied to us after we checked out the room saying the password paper was in the room, I guess they probably forgot to leave it in the room. 2. Room is facing west so very hot in the afternoon, wish they could have AC

There were a few small things which would have made our 6 night stay a bit better. The sofa bed was adequate but not fantastically comfortable which meant somewhat restless sleep, and air con (ore even fans) would have been great for hot and humid nights Although there were plenty of drawers there was nowhere to hang clothes up, neither was there a clothes horse which meant we couldn't dry wet clothes easily (using the balcony rails wasn't possible in heavy rain. There were no bedside tables or bedside lights which wasn't a disaster but would have made the bedroom feel a bit less austere at night.

The location of this apartment was superb, very close to the train station and bus stops. There were also a range of shops and supermarkets within a short walk. Best of all was the superb view over Spiez harbour from the balcony. The layout of the apartment was good too, and although the cooking facilities were basic, there were enough pots, pans and utensils for a few days stay. The main bed was large and very comfortable, and a request for extra bedding was responded to quite quickly. Overall, the value for money was good.
