We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel location and the views of the mountains were stunning, both from the dining room and the room itself. The dinner was of a high standard and the set menus were excellent, as was the service. The staff were super friendly, helpful and very easy to talk to. The rooms and beds were very comfortable too. The hotel location was excellent, being so close to the Hornli lift and really peaceful. The Hotel Stoffel was the perfect getaway, and I will definitely stay there again when I next visit Arosa. Very highly recommended!

The Stoffel hotel was indeed a happy find. Right from entering this renovated old house with the slight scent of pine we knew it would be perfect. The room with a South facing balcony onto a glorious mountain scene was the setting for a wonderful stay. The staff were warm,friendly and helpful and the evening meals in the restaurant were very special. We will return to Arosa and especially to the Stoffel hotel.

What a wonderful place to stay. Good room with access to the garden what comes in handy when you travel with a dog. Delicious breakfast with local products. The diner is recommended because it is perfect. The beautiful location of the hotel is ideal for a quiet stay.

The property is truly beautiful, really cosy yet stylish. It’s located in a perfect position, close to the lifts and the hiking routes, away from the main town. TanzaniaNot really a lot to dislike. My bathroom was a separate, private bathroom that was 20 steps from my room, which was strange/first time I've seen something like that but not a big deal. I still give this place a 10/10 b/c of the awesome staff, facilities, food, service.
Staff incredible. Location superb (can go hiking from here much easier than from the town). Breakfast awesome. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from the town; you just hop on a 10 min bus to and from the city center and train station. This is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I'd be totally cool staying here again if I came for a 2nd time (even if I forgoed the opportunity to stay at another place). It is so much worth it being in a quiet hotel high up in the mountains far from the city than to be in the hustling/bustling city. I also got an absolute steal of a deal with the price (was probably half off b/c it was a weekday in September; lots more expensive in winter).

I especially enjoyed my outdoor terrace where I could sit, read and gaze at nature. The sound of the river and the cute squirrels in the area were also part of my nice memory of staying here. The staff are also very helpful and kind.

Extremely nice hotel, rooms and staff. The changing dinner is fantastic (based on local seasonal produce), and you get it to a lower rate when you stay at the hotel. We (my wife and I) had the room with the rooftop terrace, which is an amazing place both during the day and to watch the stars at night. The hotel also gave us 2 "Arosa Cards" so we could ride the lift system, buses and most of the train ride to/from Chur (Arosa-Lüen + Lüen-Arosa) for free. That is a nice touch! The hotel is quiet, cute, beautiful and excellent spot to start your hikes, have a romantic holiday or take the gondola lift to the Hörnli mountain station. The nearest bus stop is only 2min walk away.
