Excellent location with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. Food was great. Staff was very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

A small fridge in our room would have been very useful.. A firmer, more structured pillow option would have been nice for my neck.

Our host Judith was very well organised and very friendly. Thank you sincerely.. The staff, especially Denise, were extremely friendly and happy to assist in any way. This property had a very authentic, family feel. The restaurant food and breakfast supplied were both excellent. View from our room exceptional.

The view from my balcony was amazing! The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful when my phone charger was broken. The breakfast was great before a long day of skiing.

Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with unobstructed panoramic views over the entire valley. Hotel is very well situated, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful welcome upon arrival. Excellent breakfast/dinners with service that was attentive, professional and friendly. Lovely dining room with breathtaking views. Food was beautifully presented with a good variety of breakfast and dinner choices. An outstanding hotel with a staff that works extremely hard to provide their guests with a wonderful stay, which I certainly had. Thank you. Highly recommend this hotel!

The view is really fantastic. I stayed half day on the balcony, there is no point going somewhere if you have such view in the room)) The restaurant and the sets of dishes for dinner are delicious

Expensive getting train up and down the mountain every day but views were worth it. Quite a long walk from the station, but they offer to pick up luggage.

There is no TV, there is no microwave, there is no refrigerator, there is no AC, but you probably won't care, because the view looking over the valley is that amazing! We have stayed here twice now. Nice european breakfast. The restaurant for dinner is nice as well with a nice view. Wi-Fi is great, shower is great. It's a bit of a strolll back to Wengen, but it's a beautiful stroll. Not such a fan of assigned seating for breakfast, but that's how they do it. Wengen is such a nice quaint town right in the heart of everything you need to get to. We had a great stay ... again.

DOUBLE BED WAS LIKE JOINED 2 SINGLE BEDS, WHICH I FELT LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE MIDDLE PART OF THE BED. BUT THAT WAS IGNORABLE SO NOT A BIG DEAL.

We loved the exceptional view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is in a quieter part of town. Judith and her staff were very accommodating to us. We really enjoyed spending a morning in the hot tub and taking in the view. The food at Judy's Restaurant was incredible. We loved the meals and the salad bar. Lots of fresh food. Also, the breakfast each morning was great and we enjoyed our view then as well. Overall, we were very happy to stay here. Thank you for a lovely stay in Wengen.

Staff is little bit reserved and the check out is after 8, so if you want to leave before (to catch the morning train) you have to check out in the evening

Very nice place, little old fashion, but still charming. The rooms with balcony have the most beautiful view ever. Everything was fresh and clean. Breakfast was very good as well

The location is a little far from the center of town. It’s only a 10 minute walk, so for us it was fine.

Very nice staff and delicious breakfast. The views of the valley are beautiful an Wengen is a great place to go hiking.
