We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI know it’s probably not common to have screens on the windows but that was my one complaint. It was a bit warm in the room at night and when we opened the window for air flys came in.
Loved our stay here. The hotel is decorated really well and feels very cozy. We were traveling with our baby and they provided a cute crib and plenty of towels. The breakfast was great and we particularly enjoyed having a leisurely coffee out on the terrace. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the mountains. The restaurant was also very enjoyable for dinner.

United StatesWe would have liked a couple kinds of sleeping pillows to choose from. Everything starts with a good nights sleep, and everyone likes different kinds of pillows. Also, would appreciate more coffee options. Even just a Nespresso in the lobby would have been great. Sometimes adventures start earlier than markets or coffee shops in the neighborhood.
Murren is essentially a village on a cliff, making it somewhat remote. Drei Berge’s accommodations were incredibly comfortable and very thoughtful. The staff were wonderful. We really dug the 60s and 70s mountain retro decor, too: it was worthy of a Bond movie. Enjoyed the room, the cocktails, and the lobby music playlist was amazing. The bed mattress was probably the best we had in Switzerland. We really got into Drei Berge! Would have bought the pennants, we loved it so much. Would definitely come back at any time of year!

United StatesEverything was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor dining terrace overlooking the mountains was the absolute best way to start and spend any day! Food at the restaurant was fantastic. The furnishings and overall vibe was very fun and the accommodations and public spaces were comfortable and inviting. Would definitely go back!

GermanyAs mentioned, the interior style is tiring and not really functional. Carpet floors in a ski place is just not clean. Ski room and fitting space is way to small. One person can sit to put the ski boots on?! My bath room was clean and functional. Please find more environmental friendly shampoos, etc. Breakfast is good but needs some egg dishes.

The hotel service is good, and it is kept clean and comfortable. We booked a balcony room, it has a good view, and the double room is a little smaller, but also good. The location of the hotel is also good, and It's next to the cable car station. Unfortunately, since we went to the Jungfrau, we were not able to have dinner in the hotel. Next time I go to Murren,I will book the hotel again.

This hotel is located near the lift and the center of town. It worked perfectly for us. Fantastic views of the Alps and a great restaurant on the premises.

We liked everything about this hotel. The location was excellent - very close to the cable car to the Schilthorn; the staff was very friendly and accommodating; the room was large, with comfortable beds and a very modern bathroom. The included breakfast was fabulous - lots of variety, and plenty to eat. We were able to check in early, and leave our luggage in storage for a full day in the area on the day we checked out. There wasn't a request we had that the staff couldn't fulfill. We really enjoyed our stay at the Drei Berge. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Murren.
