The location of the property is amazing and the view of the lake is beautiful. The property is big and there is lots of place to move around. Everything was clean.

It is not something that can be negative, but travellers should consider that the flat on the first floor and no elevator or someone to carry the bags for you. There is no AC in the place. There is a small room in the kitchen with an extra bed that can be used for the maid with a 1/2 toilet with no shower. It is very quiet at night, but in the early morning, people who stay in the room overlook the street may hear some noise as the windows should be open to have some fresh air.

The apartment location is just perfect! It overseas the lake directly. The size of the apartment was good for a family of 4 or 5 with a nice fully equipped kitchen and a parking space in front of the property. Rooms are very spacious and one of them with a view on the lake. The host was very nice.

A small amount of water was released following the bath shower, however, it is manageable.

One of the best locations, the best view from balcony, and the apartment was very nice. Within a distance of 900 meters, one can observe the magnificent and exquisite waterfall of Brienz Lake. A supermarket, a reputable restaurant, and local medical facilities are conveniently located within close proximity. The proprietor is exceedingly friendly.

The bed wasn't perfect for me, but that may be just my preference.

The view is breathtaking. It is very close to the train station.

Cannot really fault the accommodation, it was great, only slight issue was with the shower drain, it was too slow draining the water, but that is a minor fault compared to how wonderful everything else in the accommodation was.

The views from the apartment was amazing and the location is perfect, it's only 15km away from Interlaken, plus the local town has everything you need, from restaurants to grocery stores. The facilities in the apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, were spot on. The beds were comfortable, and the entire apartment was clean and bright. The two balconies made enjoying the view even more pleasurable. I would recommend reserving a car parking space outside the accommodation if you are travelling by car. By doing this, it saved us a lot of time and head aches trying to find a space in the town.

Nothing to dislike. Just a small thing that the name Bellavista should appear in large letters on the building so that it can be located easily. We came in car and asked the hotel stein (opposite to Bellavista) but the staff at hotel stein couldn’t tell us where Bellavista was!

Location was perfect. close to supermarket, train station, gas station, bakery and of course scenic lake.

One of the rings on the cooker didn't work and the controls sometimes 'froze' when trying to change temperature. The shower support came unscrewed and the controls for the electric windows had all run out of battery. Probably a seasonal upgrade needed. The bedlinen was lovely but the towels had seen many washes.

Excellent spot with private balcony overlooking lake Brienz. Close to station and ferry. Lovely local hotels and shops. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was quiet and there was a private garden which was nice. There was a good washer/dryer which was great for us with small children,

Lack of response from owner or staff. Never got internet id or password. Washing machine had clogged drain so we had to look for instructions and constantly drain it every 10 min. Owner did not respond or staff through SMS . Had to pay extra to use pool and parking.

Very Spacious. Excellent location and view. Town is less touristy than nearby towns. Easiest check in so far in my trip.
