Breakfast was great with a lot of choice. Having omelettes made daily was a treat. Staff were all friendly and shuttle bus was excellent. View was good but would have liked room on front of hotel

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel's restaurant was also delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the spa and pool after a long day of hiking. The views from the hotel are very hard to beat.

We appreciated: 1. The promptness and convenience of the hotel shuttle and driver who drove us to and from the Wengen train station with our luggage. 2. The easy walk from Wengen to the hotel through a quiet neighborhood and past the English Church. 3. The amazing views of the mountains from the front of the hotel and the main dining room. 4. The fabulous and elegant dinner and delicious full breakfast buffet. 5. The warm and gracious hotel staff members. 6. The best indoor swimming pool. 7. Calm and relaxing resort atmosphere. 8. Picture windows in hotel rooms including those facing the forest. 9. Two sinks in the family room. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return to the Beausite someday.

With Wengen being car free, it’s a very relaxing place to be. The hotel is a 8 minute walk from the train station. The hotel will collect you when you telephone them when you are on the final train into town.

Warm welcome and top-class service from excellent staff. The general manager seemed happy to do shifts on the reception desk; the restaurant manager seemed happy to wait at tables - altogether a great, happy, motivated team. The restaurant food was superb, the service too. I got a very good off-season deal through booking.com.
