Location is perfect, very close to the train station. Beautiful views of the matterhorn and the town. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. Facilities were also spotless. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Could do with more toilets and perhaps a more sturdy stair case - but not a big deal the room was still quite good.

Staff were brilliant, kind, and extremely helpful. Bed and locker arrangement was very sensible.

Easy check in, next to the train station so we dont have to drag our luggages long and far. Comfortable and clean bed too. In the evening, we took a stroll in zermatt town, it was lovely. We like the common kitchen too. It was functional and clean.

Everything was perfect! Agi is very helpful. She provided every information and support during my stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Toilets are clean and always supplied with tissues, not like other hostel. Safe. Good space of luggage storage Nice balcony with the view of Matterhorn Close to metro, literally 1min walk from the hostel Just next to Gornergrat Station. 5mins walk to sunnega station 3mins walk to Coop 5mins walk to Migros Just keep in mind that this is a hostel, dont expect elevator or bell boy to carry your luggage up to your room so travel light

Great location next to the train stations. Very clean and well organized. No smoking hostel with rooms for couples. Community kitchen and luggage storage in the basement.Nice little view of the Matterhorn from room 14 plus balcony.

Very close to the train station so on hot days with the windows open it was a little loud due to the folks arriving and departing. With the windows closed it was quiet in the room.

Great view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. No cars in the town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful... offered good dinning recommendations. Very close to down town. Easy walk to Coop, shops and resturants.

Only 1 toilet per floor for all rooms but generally not too much of an issue as we just used the toilets on other floors if required.

Good sized rooms, space to sit outside on the front, kitchen facilities available although we didn't use them. Location couldn't be beaten across from the train station and central for the main street with shops and restaurants.

The hotel is across the Zermatt Hbf, so very central and convenient. I stayed in dorms which are on the top floor and it has a balcony and stunning views of the Matterhorn. The hotel is very clean, the common room has games and he vibe is great! I did trails from town centre which was very convenient. Coop and migros are round the corner. Highly recommended !

Could be a little hard to sleep for those sleeping on the upper decks as some guests may turn on the lights very early in the morning (like 6-7am). There is no “cover”for the beds on the upper decks to block off the lights, unlike those on the lower decks.

Receptionist is very warm and welcoming! The shared kitchen and toilets are all clean and well maintained.

Great location close to the train station. Very clean place (incl. shared bathrooms) and friendly staff that prepared for me everything even though I arrived and had to leave outside of their operating hours. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare my own meal.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Bahnhof! The location could not be more convenient and the hotel was very good about keeping in touch - there were some train issues with our journey to Zermatt. The hotel facilities came as a nice surprise - we weren't expecting there to be kitchen facilities, and certainly not the quality and extent of what was available. The washing machine and dryer were also a nice surprise - really there was everything you would need for a much longer stay than our single night. We were also given a room upgrade, which came with a view of the Matterhorn! We also loved the cheerful red shutters and warm welcome at the hotel.
