The room was ok in size, but nevertheless very comfortable. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. And the location was perfect. Also the massages were the best!

Service at breakfast could have been better. Written communication (through Booking.com) was in German language; it would have been easier for me if hotel and/or booking.com would have provided Engish translation since I made the booking on English site. All staff at reception spoke English perfectly.

Location was perfect! Access to the spa facilites exceeding my expectations; loved the robe! Custom design of nearly all the furniture and building.

Only disappointment was that their restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. Although to be fair, lots of other restaurants weren’t open either as it was “out of season”

Really great location! Just a few minutes walk from the station - we saw quite a few other people walking uphill to their hotels so it was really nice to walk just a few mins and be there. Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, we loved the fire in the evening. But the best part was the Spa - such a calming, wonderful space to relax in after a morning of hiking, or to sit in the sun after a busy day. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Nothing! It was really an amazing place to stay.

This is an incredible hotel. I have never seen anything like it. we had the family room which was large. My daughter and I took advantage of the spa which was included and it was so much fun. My daughter did feel a little nervous with showering and sleeping in the little room. she had to access the shower and bed with a ladder. The breakfast was great.

The firmness of the bed was not to my husband and I's liking. The pillows also lacked support. Other than the bedding we could not find anything more to critique.

I especially loved the breakfast every morning. A wonderful array of options, coffee and prosecco. The location was right in the middle of town. Two blocks from the main street and 10-12 minutes to each main ski lift. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna each day after skiing.

We stayed in the family room, with a king bed & a bunk bed. The bunk bed may not be ideal for younger/older guests, cause the ladder was a little hard to climb.

The location was fantastic, less than 5 mins walk from the train station and it was easy while dragging a huge luggage. Breakfast spread was also good, and there were surprises in the spa facilities! Staff were all super friendly & professional.

It’s a nice hotel, although if you are traveling with kids ( strollers) I think the room need a little bit more spacing because of decoration of the rooms. I found out the bed was not as comfortable as others hotels. Also, be aware that they will charge you 10 CHF if you don’t give back the room card. These was a surprise. I have travelled and been it plenty hotels and this never happened.

Room on the second floor super noisy (restaurant, reception corridor and night club noises), fortunately the hotel staff offers us to move to another room. Taxi that should have picked up us at the train station never came, not really the best first impression.

I would have been fair to inform beforehand that the hotel had heavy volume party at the basement restaurant both nights we stayed there. We were in four floors higher but the bass was still disturbing until very late night/morning.

The bed pads were really thin. I think it was like 2 half cushions put together and covered. A real mattress would have made the stay exceptional.

The hotel placement was convenient to the airport. And the facility was packed with things to see and do. The front desk girl took me downstairs one night where they had awhole 3 4 other rooms with live music, an art gallery a bar/restaurant and maybe even a movie room.

The property staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jo from Thailand. He went beyond to ensure that we were well served even when we were waiting during our check in.
