I’ve never stayed at a Hostel before! My son, 14 and myself had a private room and although very $$ for a hostel, it was so much cheaper than other hotels. It honestly was perfect. The room was simple but had everything we needed and space. The breakfast was free and so good! Washing was $$$ but handy! I would definitely stay there again.

free breakfast included in the price. You get plain yoghurt, falvoured one, a couple of different cereals, bread/toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee and juice. There is a laundry room available with free dryers but they charge 10CHF for using the washing machines. There are free boots/shoes available for borrowing. When you stay here, you get a public transport card which you can use to travel free within Interlaken. I think you can even use it to go to Iseltwald. I think there are adapters available at the front desk to borrow for use of electrical equipment

It can get really noisy during the night. I think some of the other guests were staying late outside and we can hear their entire conversation.

Location was really good as it is so near the train station. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice as well. Thank you to Emily from the reception who welcomed us. :)

The roof isn’t painted and you can smell the wet after shower but it’s fine

Perfect location. Amazing Mountain View rooms. Single room is really worthwhile, the bed is big and comfortable. And they got extra hangers in the hallway to take into the room. The common area, especially the garden and the kitchen is super amazing. And they got free lockers for everyone to use or to store luggage before check in or after check out. They gave you a visitor card and you can get a free Rolex gift from the shop just 10 mins walk away

Amazing location right in the heart of interlaken, you get a free bus pass, and amenities are great! Ranging from a well equipped kitchen, locker storage, ping-pong, fooseball, etc.

Right in the middle of the town, very clean and free breakfast! The scenery speaks for itself, I’d definitely be happy to stay here again if I come back to Interlaken!! ☺️

The sheets and pillow cases did not smell clean and the bathroom smelled like pee. Does not smelled clean. Wished we had thicker towels and an extra towel to dry hands

Breakfast was very basic. Be great if we could have done cold cuts or deli meats to get some protein instead of just bread and spreads and yogurt

I made mistake booking the wrong room but the staffs were very polite and helpful in assisting me to move to different one. The location and views of the villa is super nice The place has full facilities which makes it very convenient and relaxing

Tidy and clean, great kitchen facilities, great location and easy access to main street. Nice park in front and bus stop right in front of hotel to Interlake Ost. Very convenient. Spacious for family room of 4. Value for money. Enjoyable to play ping pong with the kids. Simple breakfast.

Our room's door was shaking when the neighbour opened their door.

It's easy to reach the place. We contacted the staff in advance and we got the arrival bus tickets. Clean, and comfortable with free breakfast. The kitchen is full equipment as well. Anyway, we had a lovely stay.
