Clean, tidy, quiet and easy to use. The location is perfect for shopping or having a day out to visit “Heididrof”. The lounge is 24h self service tea and coffee bar. Breakfast is very basic but good enough to start the day.

Everything was self service but really well-organised. At first I found it strange, for example the self check-in was done through a machine and breakfast self service in a dedicated area where the continental breakfast was available (great coffee machine, fresh yoghurts, milk, juices, lovely fresh brad and croissants. It really worked well, although I was a bit skeptical at first! Beds were really comfortable and the room spacious. The gorgeous mountain views from our windows were unexpected!

Entering the first door a little confusing but I was able to use the call button for help.

The property was as expected for a pod-type hotel that is not traditionally staffed. It was clean and updated. The breakfast selections were enough for a good start to the day. The location was VERY convenient next to the train station.

Wifi is too slow (3mbps). We had to use our 5G connection. At such speed, watching videos or playing games is impossible.

I would have liked it if the parking map was available in advance.

The hotel is right next to the train station. I was a little worried about the noise, but the windows are very well sealed. Breakfast was good (cold buffet). Coffee and tea available 24/7.

Room 5 had 2 very large windows that could be opened - the one on the left was so warped however that it could not be closed. another NO GO and dangerous as those so inclined could fairly easily climb out, especially small adventurous children - so, though the installation meets theoretical safety standards, it is certainly a hazard for small children. As the room overlooks the station, all be it on the 5th floor, the noise from below could also disturb your sleep, even though the modern trains are very quiet. I would suggest that the owners try to come to an agreement with the adjacent Coop Parking, as the deal with the Outlet Parking doesn't work properly, or at least didn't in our case. The price for a stay is high, especially as one never even see's any personnel, and can only be justified by the fact that it is modern and has little competition.

Breakfast was OK once one had found which items were where, but it finishes fairly early. The bathroom was modern and very functional - so super - except for the fact that the ventilator was permanently on and could not be switched off. This for an energy conscious person is an absolute NO GO. Instructions were to close the bathroom door so that the noise did not disturb. Logical, but when going to the bathroom during the night, one has to open the door, which then wakes your partner - another NO GO. It was clean, up to my wife's high standards, which says a lot.

At breakfast the coffee is just terrible - might just be me but it’s the only thing I can really say that I don’t like about the hotel.

Right at the train station, easy check-in at any time, always clean and quiet (despite being at the train station, the windows are very well insulated and you can’t hear anything). Breakfast is quite good for the price. a good value for business travelers. Rooms are quite big, there’s always water and the bathroom is updated and very clean.

Room was very spacious and had a kitchenette. Was big enough for whole family. Coffee and tea making facilities was good. Self help breakfast in the morning was also nice extra.
