The location is centrally located in the beautiful mountainous area of Brienz. The view from the room was gorgeous. We were able to walk from the bus station and it was a short, quick walk to town. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of options and staff was very welcoming and friendly. We checked in after hours and the process was very easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

This amazing B&B has my heart...Since I've booked 4 months ago, Sabrina kept answering all of my questions about the Hotel and the area. You can't imagine how amazing it is until you get there. the view?the cosiness? I didn't want to leave... i took hundreds of photos and videos and people here believe this place doenst really exist... they have coffee and tea area in a amazing living room in which i sat 3 hours under the blanket after i had checked out. I had breakfast near the window watching the lake!!!I slept so quietly..the share bathroom was so clean. Really amazing job. Well done and thank you for everything! If I ever come back to Switzerland, B&B in Brienz will be my only choice to stay.

Great continental breakfast with many choices. Coffee was good. Staff were pleasant. Room was small but the space was designed wisely. Laundry facilities (small fee) onsite. 8 min walk to bus/train.

We arrived after sunset, it is hard to walk with so many luggages on the narrow road. The location is elevated, and we climbed about ten meters from the station to the hotel, which was quite tiring.

Precisely because of its high position, it offers an excellent vantage point to view Lake Brienz. Overall, highly recommended

The shower consists of a curtain surrounding half of the bathtub and a hand sprayer. The sprayer can only be hung at a maximum height of about 5ft which makes washing hair extra difficult for 6ft people.

We had room #8 in the Spycher building. The room was spacious with a small living room area and an en-suite bathroom. The view of the lake and village was very nice. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the attendant was courteous and helpful. The directions for self-check in were thorough. The shower had consistent hot water and good pressure.

Excellent place to stay. We loved it here so glad we chose to stay in Brienz over interlaken. Service and communication was excellent. Breakfast plentiful, room very comfortable and the view! We worried about noise after reading other reviews but it was not an issue at all. Highly recommend.

Long hike uphill was tough. Bees flew in bathroom window and one stung me. Single washer and dryer took forever (3-4 hours) per load but at least they had one.

Stunning, beautiful view onto the mountains and Lake Brienz from the window. Very nice and clean bathrooms, a small kitchen w/ a fridge available for use by guests. A garden overlooking the mountains, with chairs and table for outdoor dining/relaxation.

Room was very small

Lacation was great. Walkable to restaurants, lovely garden area, so beautiful! Room wasn't posh, but clean, bed firm and comfy, and shower good. Good for the price. Went in the summer and liked the fan in the room. Check in was really easy, just grabbed the key from a lockbox. Breakfast buffet had breads, cheeses, yogurt/muslie, eggs, juice, fruit and veggies. Would stay here again.
