The breakfast had great variety and anything that had run out was refilled very quickly. The hotel staff were always very cheerful and happy to assist with any questions/requests. The spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, quiet room) were excellent and offered a great way to relax after a day of skiing/snowboarding for those who aren't too much into the apres-ski scene.

Perhaps a feedback for the management ..we needed an iron box but we couldn’t get one even after requesting at the reception and being told that it will be provided. These are basic amenities that Travellers will ask for and perhaps management can take this up

The hotel is in close proximity to the train station and is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly and helpful and room was very clean and well maintained

Hotel staff friendly and helpful willing to help and address requests. The hotel is in a very good area walking distance (200-300m) from the ski lift, train station and sport equipment rentals. The hotel is either newish or recently renovated and it looks nice with a great concept in the lobby and socializing areas. Please note that the spa and sauna are only textil free! Meaning naked. No other option.

They do not clean the room everyday and its done only against a extra request and fee. Nothing which really bothered us since we were staying for two nights and since its also more eco friendly to not wash towels when its not needed, that just to mention but not really which we didn’t like

The hotel is about a 5 min. walk from the railway station so perfect if you travel by train. Its also pretty close to the city center. The room was nice and clean. We had a balcony with a fantastic view on the lake. For a 3 start hotel we were really suprised about the the quality standard they had. I can definitely recommend a stay there.

Nice, contemporary hotel with inviting and well thought out common area and an excellent location in Arosa. The complementary coffee and juices in the morning and after skiing were an appreciated extra treat.

Aves was close to the train station, therefore easy with luggage. Ski school was above the train station as was the ski lift. Lovely pubs and restaurants and both a Coop and Denners shop. The apartment had enough space for a family of 5, equipment in the kitchen was adequate for our short stay. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff is very helpful and relaxed. The location is near to the station and cable cars. There is a very nice lounge and working space. The restaurant offers very good food. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very minor thing: the hotel is build for outdoor activities. So the room itself is great but not the best if you want to stay a day in your room (no chairs, table)

Very nice location in front of the lake, with access to an underground parking. Bike storage room with tools for a quick fix !Possibility for self check-out.

Great location for Arose. we had a lake view room. It was a nice size for our stay with the added bonus of a very large (80") TV screen. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Good breakfast for a reasonable supplement. Would stay again and recommend to other travellers.

The check in was 'self check in' which we don't like and it wasn't working properly anyway.....so we had to wait for someone.

The hotel was new, very modern and being positioned on the lake was lovely....it had good vibes. The room was small, but adequate, bathroom functioned well and bed was comfortable. The view on to the lake and surroundings lovely.

Excellent staff had an issue with the balcony door was moved rooms straight away. We were travelling in a camper van and unable to fit in the car park and was assisted with parking outside the hotel with no hesitation. Our room was clean and modern. Enjoyed the free hot and cold drinks in the restaurant area. Lots of areas to chill out in if you wanted to. Would definitely recommend.
