You can’t avoid hills!! Hope you are luckier with the view at the top of the mountain

A balcony that was a bit redundant as very small and no view. However the fittings were very good and staff helpful. Interesting stylised motor furnishings in the lobby. Stay 2 nights and you get a free cable packet. It saves you a lot of money. Their restaurant was very good and staff who work very hard.

Bianka was just awful and after a 11 hour journey to the Bernina express and with no trains running on the return having to travel very hard she made life very difficult. My brother and I were given a double bed to share despite my informing them and telling them culturally in the UK we do not sleep with our brothers. She told me at 19.25 she couldn’t give me the twin bed ! Check in was around 3pm and we got there super late. It has potential the place. If service and people weee better. Also please provide people with better pillows and bedding. It’s a youth hostel type bedding. when ur in st moritz

Location - I loved it and would come back if their attitude changed. Kitchenette - we were using this place as a pit stop. So it made the rudeness of staff even harder to stomach as we slept and left. Whoever owns this place. Seriously put friendly people preferably those that can give good customer service

There was a cooktop, but no saucepans. No tea towel to dry dishes. Minor issues.

We were upgraded to a lovely recently renovated room. Very comfortable with a nice little balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast was included, very nice.

Hotel is well located. We walking from the train station with our luggage which was a mistake as it is uphill and very tiring. It was ok to walk back at the end of our stay as it is downhill. Our room was comfortable and had a small balcony to get fresh air. Breakfast was very good. St Moritz is very quiet in June, not many restaurants and shops are open.

Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Everything was quite new and had a high quality. The view was not the best as it was from another building but nothing major. Receptionist was an Italian guy who was nice and welcoming, which makes a good difference after a long trip to get to St Moritz. I recommend taking the bus from main train station to get to the hotel as a bit of a a hill, but walking is also an option. Breakfast was lovely.

There was no tea or coffee available in the room. After a very long journey on our motorbike we just wanted to relax with a coffee before going out for food.

We were able to park in a secure garage. The breakfast was excellent, they was plenty to choose from.

Our fault, but it was a lot further from the station that we had assumed looking at the map. Some of the restaurant staff were very good, others a bit average.
