We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgWe arrived very late and were not made aware of the possibility of having breakfast after all. Next day it was not easy to find somewhere to have breakfast quickly before getting back on the road. The hotel is located in some kind of industrial zone as far as we could tell, and driving into town, finding a place and parking was all too complicated. So do go for the hotel but don't forget to get breakfast included

SwitzerlandHaving stayed several times at the Arte hotel, to me it is the most convenient venue at Olten. I like the set-up of the room, its decoration referring to different Swiss artists in every room, the decent seized bathroom, the convenience of the parking garage.

SwitzerlandA few times a year I have to work for a client at Olten. My first choice always is the Hotel Arte. It is convenient to get there, park the car in the parking garage, maybe get some grocery in the inhouse grocery shop Migros. The rooms are well furnished, nicely decorated with an art wall highlighting different Swiss artist. I like the floorplan, the set-up of the bathroom, the desk providing enough space to work.

ChinaThe hotel staff contacted me before our stay and say they met some system issues and want us to say at Oltnerhof hotel that is nearer the train station. I agreed and this is the mistake I've made and it cause very unhappy experience later. First of all, Oltnerhof hotel's price is CHF 200.00 cheaper than Hotel Arte. We were charged the same price, and after I complaint to Booking & hotel staff, money was returned. Secondly, hotel staff promise to help the luggage transfer if I agree the change, but no transportation was arranged.
Thanks to the staff who returned overcharged money to me, also come to Oltnerhof hotel help the electronic power problem.

CroatiaEvery time we arrive, the hotel is more and more expensive - breakfast has increased in price by 50% and does not offer anything more or of better quality, not to mention that on Friday at 8 in the morning you don't have half the groceries, only with the efforts of Mrs. Marija we had breakfast, the other days it's good that they didn't chase us out - in the room no irons or irons anywhere - the refrigerator in the room is ridiculously small - the bathrooms need to be renovated - this time I made a mistake but never again - I've been coming for years, I thought maybe in the 8th month of last year it was a coincidence 😒 - it says satellite programs and about a dozen programs, I bet they don't have programs for guests from Croatia, but basic satellite programs (what a horror)- thank you to Booking for giving me the coupon, but I'm sorry that I spent it so stupidly
