Some minor issues: The room didn't have a coffee machine or water kettle. I could have paid extra to get one, but it seems like something that should be included by default. The rooms weren't very sound-proof, and I could hear the neighbor's TV (and they could probably hear ours too!).

The Vetter staff was really nice, and went out of their way to help us have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, especially the birchermüseli and bread selection. The view was lovely, and the room was comfortable.

The hotel smelled like food all the time because of the restaurant. It was almost impossible to get a reservation for dinner at the hotel AS GUESTS. The room was too small for three people and the closet space was tiny, especially because snow gear is so bulky and you definitely need more room for all the clothes.

The room was really pretty with a lot of wood and swiss decor. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super nice!! The food at the restaurant was delicious. Location was great, right next to the ski lift.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Arosa. Train station is right next to the hotel. Loved internal features, cleanness, location , staff attitude , room size and small details . Breakfast is sufficient (no buffet ) Staffs are going out their way to help . Smiley team;-)

everything! it’s literally two minutes from the train station, a ski chair lift and a gondola. friendly stuff, beautiful design, and omg how comfortable the bed was! I locked the breakfast as well! very convenient to get your ski pass at the reception desk directly, and I could leave my backpack with them to pick up later! stunning place really!

Coffee is excellent. Breakfast sufficient for my liking. The wait staff always very friendly and courteous. Location of the cozy Vetter Hotel couldn't be better: Right next to train station, ski lifts and even ski rental is in-house. A short walk to lake, shopping and restaurants.

rooms are not soundproof...we could hear all the calls of our neighboor :) hotel keeps your car keys, no problem there, but it is very easy for a non hotel guest to retrieve the keys...just mention the numberplate or give a room number and you have a free car :)

hotel has an excellent location near the skilifts and center of town, the view of the room was amazing over the lake and the alps ! staff was really helpfull and excellent, breakfast was very good. parking next to the hotel all good !

The hotel is conveniently located next to a cable car station and the train/bus terminal. It is has been very tastefully renovated in a very alpine theme. The room was very cozy and the staff very friendly.

A lot of noise in the room from kitchen and reception. We told this to the receptionist but she didn't seemed to care. Pillow too soft. Breakfast was limited because of covid, this is why I will not rate it but it was very limited. Staff really unfriendly

Small, simple and cosy room, nothing to complain. Friendly staff and because I was not able to have the breakfast, they helped to pack simple breakfast in advance to make up for it. Location was walking distance from the train station and cable car station, there were some construction around it but not an issue.
