Big room, comfy, great amenities, lovely pool

exceptional in every way. we stayed in room 27 and lovely view, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was impossible to beat - the best! Unit had a second bathroom, small refrigerator and mini kitchen. The pool was a true delight. Near to the train station, steps from groceries or beer/wine. Very near downtown center.

Nothing, best hotel on our two month tour of Europe. The reception staff was outstanding

Everthing,the breakfast was unbelievable, bacon,eggs,sausage. A cheese bar with 12 or more cheeses from bri to gurier and so much more. Had a pool the size of 2 Olympic, with massaging jets. Could not be happier

Our room had all the facilities.. including kitchenette which made quick cooking very easy. The spa pool access was really refreshing. Room was decently sized and clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony and view of the Matterhorn was beautiful. The kitchenette was nice to have. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna were fantastic!

Fantastic place! Great location - close to the train station. Breakfast, the sauna and pool were all great inclusions that made our stay very enjoyable! Luggage storage and laundry we also very handy. Staff were very helpful.

Room was spacious & clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Washing machine and drier (Self-help with reasonable cost) were readily available. Location was very good. Highly Recommeneded.

We received the room with view on Matterhorn which was a nice surprice. The room was just in the point. The hotel is close to all the desired places, like shop, station, stadion to Gornergrat. The staff was very helpfull. The breakfast is just what you need.

They could have had another rail to hang on to coming in and out of the pool area to be safer we actually had one of the people in our group that did fall

Maybe have a larger pan of scrambled eggs available during breakfast? Make sure that guests know sunroof windows open during summer and how to open them. It can get hot in the loft sleeping area without opening those windows.

No air con but most hotels in the area don’t have it. No faults at all to be honest.

Huge room for 3 (it had a separate single room and a double), massive balcony with view of the Matterhorn, lovely warm pool. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great. I’ve genuinely stayed in worse 5 star hotels.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was big and very comfortable. Good facilities in the room - fridge, hob, microwave to cook if you wish. The bathroom was modern and the balcony a very good size.

Lovely spacious room with everything we needed. Amazing view of Matterhorn. Swimming pool was the perfect way to relax after a busy day of mountain biking! Great to have a triple room where we all had our own bed. Kids enjoyed the table tennis and great choice at breakfast.

We didn't get to use the pool and spa. But breakfast was really good. The hotel was in a walkable distance to the Zermatt train station. The room was comfy and nice.

Everything. The location was great and the views of Matterhorn from our balcony WOW. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The only negative was ……. Nothing.

Excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the mountains. Highest quality standards in everything. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff speaks several languages. The view from our balcony to the north was enchanting. Mountains, goats, helicopters, paragliders, and sunrises. Quiet. No noise. Nothing disturbed our sleep. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

The rooms were dated but functional and were clean so did the job.

The family room was in fact two rooms, two bathrooms and a small kitchen area, each room also had a balcony. Breakfast was good. The spa was excellent, loved the pool with the different jets, great to relax in at the end of the day. Quiet area, short walk from the station and the centre.

Fantastic overall experience, very high quality standards throughout. Staff very helpful and friendly. Several languages spoken. One of the best breakfasts we have had, great variety and high quality.
