Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fabulous breakfast buffet, impressive pool. Great location and view from the balcony. Really useful having a kitchenette. All in all really impressed and would return again, which is the highest praise.

SingaporeThe second bedroom is at the loft, accessible via a flight of stairs, so be prepared to carry the luggage up. Kitchen is small, only 2 people in it.
I like the location as it is walking distance to the train station and the Zermatt town. Love the breakfast as there is a huge spread and the food is delicious. There are rice and noodles as well to cater to Asians, which it is very thoughful of the hotel. The balcony has a nice view and a great place to hang the washed laundry. I like the kitchen too as I can cook my own meals.

Breakfast was delicious! The beds were pretty comfortable. It was so nice to have a kitchenette to be able to lessen the cost of eating as restaurants in Switzerland are quite expensive. The pool and sauna area was very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

It is walking distance from the town center and very close to the train for climbing up the hill, if you plan to climb via the gondolas, it is a bit further. Amenities are good, personal very attentive and nice. The rooms have separated shower from the toilet/bathtub, which is very convenient, a plus for the hotel. From the terrace you have a nice view of the hills.

We were given an upgrade so had a fabulous room with Matterhorn view and balcony. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts anywhere. The staff are very friendly and multilingual. The pool and wellness area is superb. The massage was also excellent.
