The ramp walking up to the apartment was a bit steep for us seniors to walk up with luggage. The second bedroom was very small with a bunk bed and poor ventilation. There was a queen size sofa bed in the sitting room but no bedding. In the end one of us had to take the mattress and bedding from the bunk bed to lay over the sofa bed for a better night sleep. We had difficulty using the induction cooker as we could not find any instructions. So some written instructions would have been helpful.

We arrived by train to Zermatt. We asked the tourist office the direction to the apartment. I selected this apartment due to it's proximity to the railway station, within walking distance. We were given instructions for e self check in through Booking.com and about how to find and enter the apartment. But unfortunately my phone ran out of battery, so I had some difficulty knowing how to locate the apartment. Fortunately we came across the manager looking after the apartment who showed us the way. The spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms was clean with all that you need for a comfortable stay. There were clear instructions in a folder to follow. There were no hosts on site.

The bathroom faucet was broken when we arrived. Didn’t notice until evening, too late to bother her Probably nobody had informed owner earlier. She said she would fix it. The walk up the steep final slope pulling suitcases was a bit difficult for someone my age, but most people probably wouldn’t notice.

Location, space, extra bunk beads if kids accompany. The view from balcony was great.

perfect location just behind the Zermatt station, but the road in front of the apartment entrance is very steep a bit hard to carry big luggage, they provide kitchen utensils even the fondue pot, love the host and very fast response

Kitchen could have slightly better pans as we did some cooking as eating out in Switzerland is pricely. It was a great kitchen but that little bit more could have made it that much better

Host was very flexible and allowed us early check in. The apartment was comfortable and very liveable space. And it was super close to the train station which was perfect. We were a party of 5 and had to use the sofabed and even that was comfortable

APT was located over the uphill and hard to get into the APT for check in. But easy to get down during leaving the APT. No internet and no washing machine.

Clean and large APT. 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, sofa bed and huge dining table where we enjoyed food and drink. We felt sheet and comforter was clean. Kitchen was good and all utensil and cooking tool were provided. Very close the train station and Coop also.

All perfect, except, in the booking.com it says no internet access, but actually they have internet. she has a guided book in the table to read once we checked in and my friend overlooked the password since i told them nó internet from the beginning 😬 it’s actually our fault bec we did not read it properly.

All! easy check in/out. very close to the train station, maybe 5mins walk. although it’s in the middle of the busy area, it’s still very quiet. i wanted to book 1 extra night but unfortunately it’s fully booked already, not surprised. i would definitely booked to the same apartment when i return to Zermatt 😊
