Kitchen curtains could be thicker for privacy (rest all windows have thicker curtains).

A tie between amazing host and great location of this place. It was very clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went beyond where he carried our luggage to the station several hrs later as we wanted to explore Interlaken more on the day of checkout.

The apartment has only one bathroom. Also, you have to be carefulnot to split much water on the ground specifically if you have kids.

The location is amazing and accessible. 15 minutes walk to Interlaken center and 5 minutes by car. The market “Coop” is just 2 minutes ealk. The host Tony is great with very nice personality. The apartment is big with two bed rooms and spacious living room with windows and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything where you can cook. The parking is free and just next to the building. There is also laundry down of the apartment and it’s free. The view on the mountain was great. Also, there is fountain next to the apartment where the water is drinkable and cold.

Hard to keep shower water from leaking onto floor. Other than this, it is a beautiful property with a really nice design in a stunning classic Swiss neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this appartment to friends and family.

Beautiful apartment with nice kitchen, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Host let us check in early , which was so nice. Very accommodating! Comfortable beds and wonderful stay.

No dishwasher (not an issue for us at all, I like wash dishes) and no toilet paper but I am pretty sure it was an unfortunated miss ;-) (and also not an issue for us as I did bring some !).

Very good surprise given the price ! It was bigger than expected, close to the city center (10 min walking?), there is a FREE and easy parking place, the appartment is fully equipped (even soap and sponge to wash dishes !), there are 2 bakkeries and 1 supermarket at around 1,5 minutes only by walking ! There is a view on Harder Kulm and Niederhorn from the appartment ! Water of the appartment can be drank. And the host is very helpful, réactive and available. Very great accommodation !

The location is great, close to Lauterbrunnen Valley - this area is breathtaking! Interlaken is a must visit place in Switzerland. What a wonderful city it is, beautiful country side, roads, flowers and people as well. This accommodation also has a free parking place which is very import if you travel by car. Highly recommend.

Some things that occurred that could be improved when paying for Interlaken. The plug was stuck in the bathroom sink making use difficult. The shower has great hot water which goes all over the bathroom floor when in use. Towel rails to hang bath towels are required. We were locked out of our apartment one afternoon as the front door has no handle (luckily Tony was quickly responsive). The apartment is downstairs and has two windows that face the street with closed shutters to prevent street noise and this made those rooms darker. The apartment seemed a bit stuffy at the end of the day and open windows brought in the flies.

Apartment Jolie was an older style apartment with an unusual floor plan, on the bus route and easy walk to supermarket. Interlaken is a passage to the mountains, walks/hikes and lakes. The apartment is a good base from which to travel. Tony (host) is very responsive to any problems and this was excellent because there were a few problems.

Pricey for what you get

Great location. Tony was So kind to let me in early as I was very ill and had to check out of another place so rather than have an afternoon gap he hurried to clean it so I could get in early to sleep. Great walkable location It is right on a busy road so a bit noisy for some, was fine for me as I was just grateful to get a place last minute
