the blinds didn’t fully go down and given that the curtains are semi transparent, a lot of light from the outside came into the room.

there are very little options in luzern for an OK price. this is the best we could find. the bed was fine and so were the pillows. there was plenty of space in the room.

The toilet room was good but the shower room did not drain well. The elevator was a bit noisy.

You pay for what you get. The room was nice and comfortable enough, and there was a private sink in the room. The reception is offsite and a little difficult to find based off the directions fro maps but the staff took us to the property and were very helpful. Great location if coming from the train station.

We got rashes on body in both morning. Maybe it's coincidence, but we didn't have any issue with it in our last 5 weeks of travels.. don't have thus issue with our new places in another swiss hotel yesterday...

Unfortunately, when I went to return my key the next morning, another receptionist took the key and made no move to give me my money back. When asked, he first claimed there wasn't a deposit. When I requested he check the folder, he made a big show of not finding my form with the banknote clipped to it! He finally grudgingly returned my money. Not the sort of behaviour you expect in Switzerland - nor anywhere else, for that matter.

On arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist actually took me to my room, which was a five-minute walk from the main building. I was impressed.

A bit rundown.

You pay for what you get. The room was nice and comfortable enough, the private sink was good. Bathrooms were okay, but shared. It was a minimal property, good for a cheap one night stay in a private room. The staff were lovely and helpful, the reception is offsite but the staff took us to the property which was helpful.

The bed sheets smelled like sweat. It seems like it hadn’t been cleaned. That was the only thing that made me skeptical of the cleanliness.

I loved the location! Very great place. Walking distance to all major points of the city and super close to the Lion monument. Also VERY friendly staff!!

No AC. Room was hot in the summer with only a small fan. Shared bathrooms, and was hard to find. Is actually affiliated with a hotel that you need to check in at.

Smelled horrible, they lied about location, noise was ridiculous, didn't feel safe.

Nothing. This is the first time in my life I paid for a hotel and refused to stay there. The location they give you is not where it actually is. When I got there the place smelled of a mix of cigarettes and chemicals. It wasn't dirty but it smelled dirty. There were people shouting in the hall for the entire 30 min I stayed before I got out. I've never felt unsafe in a place until here.

The window was faulty. Wasn’t shutting properly. We traveled from UK very early morning. Checked in at 15:00hrs. We been very tired. Tried to sleep but the noise from outside was too loud and hearing bottle throwing sounds. Stayed one night and left.

The building was old and the location was in front of public toile ,it was crowded and full of noises at night ,it was really hard to sleep.the staff of the reception were not friendly at all. I told them about the sounds of the door of the shared bath room that was in front of my room they told me they would fix it, but nothing was changed .I asked on booking.com for cancelation policy but they didn't answer at all .the room had no facilities even spoon or kettle.the fist day even they didn't make my room and cleaning lady came to room when I was in there at 6:30 pm !!!!!! I even booked another hotel for a night to take a shower because I was not satisfied with the cleanness of the toilet and bath room . This place is not recommend at all and it is not worth the money.

The location was near the train station only 10 minutes by walk but other things was not good at all.

As advertised, there was no air conditioning but there was a fan.

Location was close to the train station. There was a lift. The shower on the second floor had great water pressure. Even though the bathrooms were shared, it was never not available.

The room itself is a bit small even for 2 people with a big luggage, but we still managed.

If you're looking only for a place to sleep, this is perfect. The bed is comfortable and it has a little fridge and a sink inside the room which is very handy so you don't have to use the public one. The bathroom and showers are outside for everyone on the same floor to use, but they were always free when we went, and they were kept clean, so no issue with that. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare for us. We did not realize that this off-site room was managed by a hotel a few blocks away. That was confusing and I think the instructions could be improved upon.

The room was surprisingly spacious, clean and well-equipped as we expected far less based on the odd location. The shared private locking shower room and toilet room was NOT an issue. The beds were comfortable and the comforters larger than all others stays in the previous 2 weeks, which was nice. The small fridge worked and the room had a nice sized TV. I appreciated the sink in the room equipped with clean water glasses and soap and towels. We received passwords for the WiFi which work well. Decent location for shopping and dining.
