We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkThe menu of the restaurant could be improved not with regard to quality but to variety, Staying three days, a couple should have tested almost all dishes.
The best aspect was of course that the visit of the Therme is included in the price, which I was not aware of when I booked the room. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, the staff was extremely friendly. Specification regarding our evaluation of the location: Of course you cannot directly go from your room to the spa, but we enjoyed walking the few hundred meters through the beautiful village. Vals is, however, not an ideal location for visiting others places as it is quite far away from other villages and towns. Bonus: you don't have to worry if you have forgot your Swiss adapters. The rooms have both Swiss and "standard European" sockets.

United Stateswe liked everything. If I remember correctly there might not be an elevator, if that is of interest, but there are not many floors. checkout could be later.
Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Convenient parking across from the hotel for free! Kind staff and cozy rooms. Entry to spa is included 1 ticket per person every day of the stay.

GermanyNo common area to wait for cleaning. This is not about Glenner but about 7132 in general: pretty ridiculous to not give Glenner guests a bathrobe for the therme. Just feels like an unnecessary status flex that means nothing. I stayed in 2021 at House of Architects and the room showers were very uncomfortable for us so we decided to try the glenner that actually has proper bathrooms and really liked it. It feels also quite ridiculous that the Glenner menu has lots of the things Blue Bar has, same quality same things, for 10 CHF less each of the dishes. If you have spent time at the main complex (and spent lots of money on overpriced food with subpar quality at Red restaurant, blue bar and etc) then it won’t be a relief to get to glenner to see an extremely similar menu at a fraction of what you paid before.
Very simple inn that is good value for money, especially for the therme entrances. Loved the simple breakfast. Very clean and very chill. Much better option than 7132 House of Architects! They serve very similar food than at 7132 blue bar, at a fraction of the price.
