The bed was very hot, even with the air conditioning on. I think the duvet should have been lighter which would have made sleeping better.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room on the 5th floor. The room was bright, clean, comfortable and had great views from our balcony.

The reception and the bar are very close to each other. You hear everything going on in the bar while talking at the reception.

Loved everything.

This hotel is a gem. I will always stay here when in Zurich. Staff is polite, helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful with a French door that looked out onto gorgeous street. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in as well. Stay here.

Booking was not clear about reserving 1 guest rooms. That was confusing and made us use a much smaller room then anticipated.

Staff was fantastic. There was a booking issues. They made everything right! They recommended great restaurants. Rooms were comfortable. Beds exceptional. Highly recommended

A/c didn’t work so well room was a bit warm but we asked for a fan which helped a lot!

The room needs dog-friendly h20 bowls and a dog bed....there were no amenities for the dog and you pay extra for the dog.

Sebastian the front desk clerk was great, very attentive, and satisfied all requests, he should manage. The location was perfect and Sebastian gave an excellent recommendation for dinner- Conti was excellent and near by. We also loved our balcony it was key with having our dog!

The breakfast arrangement was unusual. There was no buffet and Items needed to be ordered from your table. If we had known we probably wouldn’t have prepaid.

Quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. It was just a short walk to the lakeside. We were given an early check in which was very welcome.

the staffs are warm, welcoming, patience and proffesional. The location is just beside the operahaus and riverside, in the heart of the city, easy to reach to every destination. The ambience is superb, facilities are in top condition. The bed is super comfy. I will definitely back next summer for more. I will definitely recommend it to all who are visiting Zurich.

Well it's a bit pricier compared to other hotels we stay at but that's Zurich for you ;)

Location is fantastic and trams are everywhere if you don't feel like walking. Breakfast is wonderful. Staffs are nice and helpful. Room is great and super duper clean albeit a bit smaller than we thought. The lighting option in the room is one of my favorite parts.
