You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only downfall was the bathroom was very small and had a low ceiling, which was slightly hard to use for my husband who was taller. But maybe that was just our room, and it wouldn't stop us from going back!
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well in our quiet corner room. We had a balcony that was quaint and a nice view of the main street. The location in perfect and the breakfast was very good in the morning. My husband liked that they had beer in the downstairs fridge to pay by the bottle. They additionally had a boot warmer, which we used since we had hiked in the rain earlier that day. We ate supper that night at Hotel Rendez-vous and it was one of the best burgers we had on our Switzerland trip. Would recommend!

CanadaWe were under the roof so we could not quite enjoy the view due to the roof hiding the scenery but it is really a minor detail since we were not expecting that!
Room with a view on the mountains and a very unexpected balcony. A real wooden feeling in an authentic and wide room that was particularly enchanting for our first night in our trip in the region. The breakfast was perfect for a long hiking day in Oeschinensee. The receptionist man was very authentic and polite. The room was clean.

United StatesI booked three rooms of the same type but they were quite different. The upper floor is nice for high ceilings, but the room on the 1st floor had low ceilings and was dark. The plug on the hair dryer in the room I stayed in did not fit the outlet. I had to get a hair dryer from one of the other rooms we booked for family.
Very basic accommodations but clean and comfortable. Morning buffet was excellent.

I stayed in Hotel Seiler. As by mistake hotel Alpine was cancelled. But the main person of Hotal Alpine was very lovely and very helpful he sort it the hotel for me. In the morning i couldn't go to have breakfast on time because i had to get my hire car. But he came outside to ask me to come and have breakfast. Hotel Alpine maind person men he was very very lovely and kind. The hotel Seiler were i stayed, lady at the resturant in the night, for help, she was very rude. Not very nice to answer or help you.
