SwitzerlandWe love this hotel. Their price-quality ratio for Grimentz is unbeatable for years, and that's why we always come to this hotel with a group of friends twice every winter. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is kind, the SPA is great and the breakfast is plentiful and yummy. Not to mention that you need 30 seconds to be at the cablecar start... Already looking forward to the winter 24/25 to be back at the Hotel Alpina :).

United StatesRoom was a bit snug, but that was expected given we had 3 people in the room. Breakfast was mainly breads and cold foods (fruit, cold cuts, yogurt, etc.) with eggs and a egg boiler where you have to cook the eggs yourself which was a bit inconvenient. Some hot foods would be nice. Wifi also not great in the room but worked well in the lobby.
Everything was great at Alpina! It was a very cozy hotel at a very reasonable price. Location was perfect and literally right across the street from the gondola and walking distance to the grocery store, ski stores, and other restaurants. Hotel and restaurant staff was wonderful (especially Summer), the spa was amazing, ski room was very convenient, view from the room was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was very good. Also, no issues with noise - the walls seemed quite thick. The spa was a really great feature (and free!) - we would book the time we wanted to go the night before and it was the perfect way to wind down after skiing (steam room, sauna, hot tub, spa beds). We are very pleased with our experience staying here and will definitely be coming back if we plan to ski again in Switzerland. We have already been telling friends and family to come stay here! Thank you Summer and co. for being a wonderful hosts to us!!

The breakfast is nice too, good choice. We feel very comfortable in the hotel/room, it is clear that the team pays attention to every detail and wants to provide a great hospitality experience! We are booked in this hotel again in 2 months, and we cannot wait to be back!

United KingdomPillow was too soft for me, but that is purely personal preference. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which doesn't bother me, but some may prefer this as an option.
The room was clean, well heated, lots of power points around the room and a small flat screen tv. The bed was very comfy. Lots of storage space for clothing. Bathroom was modern and clean, shower gel and soap provided. Staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive. Food in the restaurant was incredible. Small spa in building, free use for residents which looked very good. Excellent parking nearby, we arrived in a van which they had spaces reserved for high sided vehicles that wouldn't fit in their additional parking area. Lift in the reception area.

Location and the hospitality, very close to all the magic places and nature surrounding it. Very friendly crew, Breakfast and food high quality and High level Chef’s in the restaurant, sauna and the bobblebath outside with the best view. Super quiet place at night, clean rooms and professional cleaning.

I booked a triple room for two - the size was good, clean, with a balcony (could be good to have flowers from the back side of the hotel). Breakfast was good - everything you need before the day in the mountains. The location is great few min away from the main street and just opposite the lifts. Few restaurants in the surroundings. Used sauna, steam room and hot tub - was great to relax.
