No A/C. The rooms, halls, and furnishings are more like a Motel 6 rather than the descriptions about “Traditional woodwork and modern furniture”

Convenient location for buses and access to the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. No A/C in the rooms so August was not ideal.

The breakfast could be better. Some change day to day. All the staff except Anita were brilliant. Anita was very unwelcoming and she really needs to greet guests with a smile not a long face!!. Other staff were really helpful and friendly

The location of the hotel is excellent. Rght outside was the bus station. Place is mainted very well. Spotless,rooms cleaned every day

When we arrive to the hotel, we asked information about car parkına, unfortunately they didn't give enough and right information so we had paid twice for parkına, it was not good expeirence for us, this situation was unacceptable

Charge of 4 CHF per day for bike parking in a hard-to-access (for heavy touring bikes) cellar wasn’t great. Mattresses very thin and towels very rough.

Good breakfast. Easy access by bus or on foot to lovely town centre. Nice to have water in rooms and the coffee-making area at reception. Bath was nice too.

There is a no parking in the hotel premises. However you can park at a public car park which is like 3 minutes walk away and costs around 5-7 Francs per day. But since its a public car park keep your valuables with you.

No water on subsequent days in my room. Safe was not free of charge. Limited breakfast options as no hot breakfast items apart from a boiled egg were available. No fresh fruit. Sugary cereals only and only types of cold meat and cheese. All very adequate for a breakfast if you’re not feeling too hungry but for the price it seemed a little sparse. Have to also say that toiletries were really poor quality. Basic shampoo didn’t lather. No conditioner.

Great location. Good sized room. Shower was lovely. Staff very friendly. Free coffee station and fridge useful. Room had a standing fan and windows that opened. Good amount of lighting and sockets for chargers etc. good restaurant on site with nice variety of food options. Panorama card works well. Bus stops next to and opposite the hotel.

The lady at the check-in didnt seem to be very friendly when we arrived, also did our check-in like she was in a rush meanwhile there was no one else there.

We only stayed 1 night on our way to the ski area. Breakfast included so thats great and has a restaurant for dinner, so very convenient!

The reception area is needing upgraded, the bathroom toilet and fittings are old and stained. The bed was comfy and clean linen but the duvet and pillows were very rough.

Location was fine, reasonable choice for breakfast. Some areas are fresh looking, while others really need upgraded.

The mattress were not good. Toilet seat was broken. No electric kettle in room, and no first aid kit anywhere. One staff was rude.

They put two very small soaps for three persons for two nights, and when we asked for one more, they replied as “one per day”. I insisted, she said that she has no access to the storage, “it’s a 3 star hotel, not 5” It’s so weird. I believe that it’s a result of bad management which focused on saving.

Closing time after 8:00 pm make trouble to me especially I came from Austria with more 9 hours driving and chocked its closed and unfortunately there is small sign for emergency call, although I sent message by booking app to announce that will be delayed but no response. Take care..

Location is excellent, however could be deliver to any of Thun city or Interlaken by car or public transport also the breakfast almost good
