You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A fantastic small hotel that does everything right. Spotlessly clean, with good sized rooms, comfy beds and great bathrooms. To come back to a free suana and steam room was just perfect. If you are visiting the Zermatt area, don't pay the crazy prices in Zermatt, but book this hotel in Tasch for about 50% of the cost. You will buy a rail pass anyway, which gives you the 15 min shuttle train trip for free....

Fantastic location. Directly opposite shuttle for Zermatt. Better value than staying in expensive Zermatt. Restraunt/ bar is decent food at reasonable prices with staff that are friendly and wonderfully efficient. All in all a lovely, clean, comfortable well run hotel.

Excellent location with car parking. Immediately opposite train station and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Room was small but well designed with balcony and view of hills behind village. Most important for me was that the hotel has a lift.

I loved the views from the hotel rooms and the comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were big enough for our stay! Lots of counter space in the bathrooms which is a major plus. The staff are so accommodating and kind, they heated up food and helped us refill water bottles when we asked!

Hotels is Zermatt is a bit pricy so we chose to stay in Täsch which is just 10-15 mins away from Zermatt if you take the train. The station is right across the hotel. The train is frequent and you can enjoy the nice view too! The facilities and decor are new and modern. Cosy shower and spotless room with a nice balcony. Helpful and friendly staff!

Particularly enjoyed Spa facilities after each busy day. Food is good with several alternatives a short walk and the bonus of a Coop next door. We also managed to park at the hotel !
