Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Small family hotel in the centre of Andermatt, stylish, rooms surprisingly large, with balcony with seating, clean, quiet with a view of the street but also the surrounding mountain panorama with passes. Breakfast quite adequate, good coffee on request. Very friendly hotel staff. Card access, both to the hotel and to the room. Sufficient restaurants in the area, the hotel itself does not have. Journey to the station through the centre a pleasant walk. Thank you.

United KingdomThere is a club in the basement that kept us awake all night on Sunday until 4am - we could not sleep from the noise and it ruined our entire day. We could hear it even on the third floor - the bass was too loud. Not sure if this was a one time thing or if it happens every weekend. Breakfast - Breakfast could have more options (e.g. more types of eggs) and coffee quality could be improved - just using a better coffee machine and higher quality coffee as well as offering filter coffee. Bathroom - the bath was clogged and would not drain fast enough - it needed better cleaning.
Decent room and bathroom with great view. Great location and host. Quick access to ski lifts, rental shops, restaurants.
