Accessing the appartment at arival was a bit of a problem, as we didn’t have internet access (being from the EU, so no 5G in Switzerland). Luckily the host came round really quickly, so we didn’t need to wait that long. I personally prefer when someone is there to give the keys/accescode.

Apartment was well thought out. Great place to stay a few days or a week. View from the windows were spectacular. We could see the Titlis mountain and a ski jumping hill. Restaurants and shops just around the corner.

Everything! Wish we stayed longer, my kids felt very at home, during easter they have some chocolate eggs for the kids, they have invited us for a hot choco/apple pie afternoon but we couldnt make it.

Charming place and very comfortable at a good location. The staff checked up and us after check-in (self check-in with digital keys) and were very friendly and helpful. Some household appliances that werent expectet was also there (kitchen towels, plastic film, coffe etc.), we even got a homrbaked(?) soft cake to welcome us when we arrived

Everything was perfect, the studio is cozy and efficient woth all the necessary stuff. Perfect for a couple and in a centrical location. The hosts were friendly and available everytime.

The alps apartments was a perfect place to stay for a weekend in Engelberg. I was greated in my room by a personal Bundt cake which I snaked on the whole weekend. This spot would be great too for an even longer stay as the kitchenette in the room was well prepared. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The water pressure was great and it was so warm making it a great spot to wind down after a good day skiing. The location is prime as it right not to a bus stop to Titlis and within walking distance of all engleberg has to offer.

The app is quite easy to access the room. The host was friendly and helpful even we just contacted via messages. The apartment is well organized and has everything we needed.

Checkout time is bit early, considering we travelled with a kid. I did not asked for late checkout, so don't know if it was possible.

Location - Walking distance from train station. Coop supermarket is also very close to the premises Apartment is compact but clean, we found everything we needed for 3 Days stay. It also has nice outdoor seating area. Before reaching the Engelberg, I was asked to download an app to access the apartment, never faces any issue with the Application. Kitchen - it is equipped with a ceramic plate, oven and microwave. We found all the utensils we needed. Staff was also friendly and helpful.
