The sofa bed was more comfortable than the actual bed. Bad pillows. No provision to store luggage on day of check out.

There is no AC. The outside shutters didn't work most of the time. Kitchen doesn't has any thing else than the utensils (no oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and other basic things)

Location is an advantage. Just take bus B20 from Lucerne and that comes very close to property, within 200 mtrs distance. Also, there is good Migross store nearby which can take care of any immediate needs. However check the store timings as it might close early around 6pm. Nice peaceful location to stay with family. Check-in checkout was smooth. property was clean. However try to book one BR apartment which is more spacious and comfortable than studio.

Only one thing it would be great if rooms were made once 3/4 days for long stay customers.

Rooms were great, and had all facilities. Very secure and good connection to train station. Staff respond promptly via email and helpful. Beds were comfortable, and it also had a balcony.

Parking is a bit expensive (around 22 CHF per night). There are washing machines and dryers, but it is difficult to find one available. HI-Trental recommended 2 restaurants, but could recommend a few more, as they have options, but sometimes they are a little hidden.

The location is good. The center is 10 minutes away by bus, and the bus runs frequently. The supermarket next door is very practical. There are a reasonable number of restaurant options nearby. There is covered parking next door.

We stayed for 3 nights but new towels weren't available everyday and wasn't cleaned everyday.

Calm locality and easily accessible from Lucerne Central Railway Station by bus and trains. Clean apartment with kitchen facilities.

Overall very close to the main city centre. Just a 8 mins bus ride plus hotel booking included free bus travel for zone 10. Apparently this is quite common in Luzern where hotel bookings include city transport pass. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker and appliances. There is no dishwasher in the apartment and it can be added for future guests. The laundry equipment on the ground floor was always full and I had to make multiple trips until I could find the washer and dryer available for use. There is also a Migros grocery store next door which makes it very convenient to buy groceries if you plan to cook. Overall, it was a great experience with amazing view of the mountains from the room

It would have been better if the host provides some detergent for washing, some salt, cooking oil and some basic kitchen cupboad items. The coffee was great.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location is just great for a vacation/ trip on Pilatus Mountain.

The additional duvet and pillow did not have covers on them so we couldn't use the sofa bed. There should be a cleaning brush/broom in the apartment. The parking wasn't free, I had to pay around 22 CHF every day for the parking. This should be included in the price or at least description should be updated to say parking is paid (expensive) so an informed decision can be made to hire a car or not

The location is really good, the building is great and the apartment was clean and comfy.

Not much. The TV connection didn't work a day not sure what the issue was. Couldn't figure out how to open the blinds in the balcony.

Fully equipped unit with linen, towels, kitchen utensils, fridge, shower gel, cleaning equipment and WiFi. The check in process, access and checkout process is so easy. The location is excellent as it is so close to the bus stop and grocery store.

I liked all . One small suggestion - Please keep one small milk pack for the first day for tea/coffee (1 pint is very much fine) as the guests come from different places and tired . This will be a very kind gesture

Good Accomodation and Highly recommended . Everything essential is available in Apartment and we just need to come with our luggage. Big Sized Bedrooms for family stay with Balcony Well connected to City Centre (10 mints) , Migros Supermarket in just 2 mintues walk .

The early checkin requests for overseas tourists should be accommodated especially when the rooms are available. We came at 1 pm however they refused to allow early checkin prior to 3 pm. The room we stayed on 3rd floor gretchergarden 3 had restricted views.

The hosts were reachable and were able to answer to our queries. The old town and centre was just a 7-10 mins bus ride ride. Grocery store in the next building.
