Temperature in shower fluctuates a lot and don’t let anyone flush your toilet while in shower or you will be scalded! Would be nice to see that upgraded.

Clean and traditional. Older building but well kept. Excellent breakfast. The lady that seated us was amazing, she was very friendly. Comfortable bed. Extremely quiet at night.

Overall very good stay - Excellent location close to the cable car to Oeschinen Lake - Spacious room with vintage furniture and big balcony - Comfortable bed, quite room, very good for sleep

Great location within walking distance to Oechinsee. Compact but complete spa with pool. Clean and comfortable room. Ability to charge electric car at fair price.

We had a room with an outdoor balcony which included a little table and chairs, and although there were two Sun Umbrella Stands?bases they had no umbrella available which made the balcony almost impossible to use as it had full sun the most of the day.

Everything was wonderful. However, I have one minor complaint and it is so minor that I feel a bit silly, the kitchen closed rather early on Friday night (I think at 2130H?) and all we could get was a veggie pasta dish and some chicken nuggets.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are super attentive and friendly. We have a very boisterous 3 year old and he was looked after very well. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was also special. Congratulations to the chef! We used the swimming and spa facilities which were clean and modern - perfect to relax after a day hiking and marveling at the beautiful nature. The rooms were spacious and clean and the views from our balcony towards the mountains were outstanding. A great experience for us! Well done to he owner and staff 10/10!

Amazing 10/10 view from the room. Walking distance to the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and the spa was the cherry on top after a day of hiking. I will definiteltly be coming back

The beds and mostly the pillows were uncomfortable. The restaurant was providing creative recipes but not matching with everybody'd taste.

Would love to have a tea kettle in the room, along with the (much appreciated) coffee maker. Spa area gets very busy in the afternoons; perhaps need some sort of controlled entry system.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, well located, very friendly staff. Very dog friendly! The food in the restaurant was exceptional: creative, well prepared and presented.
