Nice stay. Good starting point for exploring all the towns around Laggo Magiore (e.g. Locarno, Belinzona) - just take the train that is close to the stay. Bonus is that travelling with Ticino card is for free (we were contacted by the property before the stay to provide information to get this card).

Despite the description, the staff who met us upon the arrival and was checking us in did not speak English, only Italian

The room was very comfortable and cosy. The little terrace has been also very nice. Ticino ticket was great, as the hotel is easily accessible from Locarno. Breakfast is very nice

Dissapointed because I have chosen this hotel for the sauna, but when i checked-in right before 14:00, the spa area was already reserved by other guests for the whole day.

It was not the first time we stayed here and it still worth it: people are very friendly, food is great, little room is fit-fo-purpose, location is perfect for hiking and cycling trips. Breakfast is ok. We will come back again :-)

The room I got wasn't great. It was at the front of the building so there was a lot of noise from the road. One of the lights didn't work, so the room was not well lit (i had to keep the bathroom light on to light the room). There was no AC, and it was quite hot for May. The only amenities in the bathroom were hand soap by the sink. The staff may have been able to help me, but I don't speak Italian, and they didn't speak much English, so communication was a bit of a barrier. Not sure what the rest of the rooms are like.

The location is great, there is a bus stop right outside and the bus takes you to Ponte dei Salti and the rest of the valley. The bus to Bellizona is a couple of minutes away. There are restaurants close by. The staff at the hotel were great, they didn't speak much English but were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good too.

The rooms where stinking smelled so very bad, the beds are hard as a stone as well as the pillows, there’s not enough shamans no soap to shower… We were four persons and none of us slept the whole night, do to the bad rooms smelling but more because of the so hard and uncomfortable bed. We will never ever go stay there again.

The attention at the restaurant, however they should have someone whose speaks English for all the United States and English speaking tourists that visto them. Other than that, the crew was good.

Superfriendly staff, great food in restaurant and the most amazing breakfast. Fruitsalad with very fresh strawberries, rasberries and blueberries was a dream. Capuccino as well😉 Perfect internet connection everywhere. Plus it is really hard to find place I can stay with my allergies and they were super helpful with that as well.

Noicy, the aircondition didn't operate that well, overpriced room even for being in Switzerland.

Room was not very clean and there was not good information on the facility. It was advertised that the sauna was available but once we arrived we were told it was an additional fee.
