Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNo wardrobe and mobile phone sockets none in the room. There was no small table and chair to do my writing ✍️ there was plenty of room for a table and chairs.
Pierre very friendly carried my luggage to the 3rd floor Room big and it no wardrobeoverlooked nice shops cafe. Location was excellent. Near bus station and train station.it was above a nightclub Saturday and Wednesday .I knew that before I arrived so I joined in the show. No kettle but I asked for a kettle, and he kindly gave me one immediately.. Shares toilet bathroom next door to my room very very clean and quiet .

The place was really clean, the room was good and comfortable. The location is good, it's in the city centre, close to everything you need and 8 minutes waking from the train station. The staff is also really helpful and polite.

CroatiaI had no problem sleeping since I was tired, but if you’re a light to a normal sleeper, don’t plan to sleep in the room over the weekend, the bass is pretty strong, but during the week I did not hear anything from the bar. Other than that, there were small things: no hangers, the towel holder is too close to the floor for shower towers
Price and location are great, shared bathroom and toilet are clean and nice, and not too many people share it so it was never occupied when I needed it. There is a sink and mirror for water and morning routine. Staff is nice. WiFi is Great.

It has a lounge and music venue right downstairs. Secret entrance for hotel guests. Hotel decor includes groovy photos of its touring musicians’ performances. Central location for business at ZHAW. Reasonably priced. Comfy bedding. Room had adjustable heating radiator - was very useful during cold wet weather. Hot water plumbed to the room and a sink and mirror.

United KingdomCould place air fresheners in the toilet and shower room to make it smell better.
Large room that comes with smart TV and good WiFi. It also comes with private washing sink as well as clothes hook. They provide shower/body gel and towels as well. Room was aesthetically pleasing as well that suits the theme of the bar. The shared toilet and shower room was decently clean. Although it was situated above a bar, it was not as loud as expected during night-time. You could hear people chattering and music playing but it was alright if you request for a room on the top floor.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is located in the very centre of the city. It was a good deal for the price and the room was nice and comfortable. The rooms are located on top of a nightclub which has parties over the weekend. We stayed for one night on a Thursday evening and had no issues with the noise.
