We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWindow didn’t close properly letting noise into the room. The electric kettle supplied couldn’t actually be plugged in, except for in the bathroom, because of the plug type; they should install an outlet below where they put the kettle so that you can plug it in there.
Clean, well-equipped, modern room. Good breakfast. Good location walking distance to everything in Crans-Montana.

HungaryPerfect for a young couple. The accomodation was so hip. Really liked the style of the room and the furnitures. Coffee, tea and kettle was a nice touch in the room. We have enjoyed the big room that was like a tiny apartment. First hotel i ve ever stayed where the toilet was separate - its awesome if you are travelling with someone. I was sick unfortunately so it was extra useful... The terrace was nice and well usable, we had bit of a view too. The town was cute and you get breathtaking panorama driving up here. Staff was nice as well!

GermanyOn the day, when the hotel was not full, the breakfast was not organised as a buffet, but we had to choose on the evening before, what we would like to eat. Unfortunately, the breakfast plate what we recieved the next morning was already cold.
On normal days the breakfast was great, the cleaning service perfekt, and all together the hotel is really dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The lodge offers an ideal environment for work and relaxation. The serene atmosphere and comfortable accommodation allowed me to concentrate on my tasks, while the practical facilities, such as high-speed internet and a well-equipped workspace, ensured my productivity.
