We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyOn the day, when the hotel was not full, the breakfast was not organised as a buffet, but we had to choose on the evening before, what we would like to eat. Unfortunately, the breakfast plate what we recieved the next morning was already cold.
On normal days the breakfast was great, the cleaning service perfekt, and all together the hotel is really dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The lodge offers an ideal environment for work and relaxation. The serene atmosphere and comfortable accommodation allowed me to concentrate on my tasks, while the practical facilities, such as high-speed internet and a well-equipped workspace, ensured my productivity. The professionalism and attention to detail of the staff really stood out, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

FranceHotel very well located in the center and 5 minutes walk from the Cry d'Er ski lifts. Very well decorated and very pleasant hotel, beautiful terrace, excellent service, spacious room, well decorated, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent restaurant in the hotel, good salty-sweet buffet breakfast, bus stop at the bottom of the hotel.

United KingdomBlinds in the bedroom blocked out most of the light but not all. We heard neighbours making loud noises in the night so rooms don't seem totally soundproof. Breakfast had lots of options but could perhaps improve on quality of ingredients.
Loved the location near the ski lift. The design is fun, quirky and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out.

Location near free bus stop. Free parking at the back yard. Good breakfast. Nice balcony view towards the opposite ridge. Playground for kids at the yard. Low amount of light in the room - in case you need better light, ask receptionist.

I really liked the stylish and modern interior of the hotel. The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the personnel were amiable and helpful.
