Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We loved the location of this hotel! Such a beautiful area! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the front desk! He was there for anything we needed and was motivated to help in any way! The breakfast was delicious and we loved the outdoor garden area.

United StatesA but of an uphill walk from the train station if you have luggage. You could take a taxi if you wish. The walk back to train station much easier.
They were nice enough to let us check in early since the room was ready. There was a lift to help with our luggage. It was very nice to have laundry available. There is only one washer and dryer so you may have to wait to start your load and it only takes coins. Room and bed were comfortable. Decent space in the bathroom as well. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on. There is also a guest kitchen where you could use the fridge and microwave which was helpful.

The pillows were so soft, it felt like sleeling in the clouds. The cleanliness - absolutely spotless. The breakfast buffet contains almost everything one might crave, and the hotel is equipped with a self-service kitchen and a vending machine available at all times. The hotel garden offers a nice place to sit and rest, and, if your windows are facing it, there's a good chance you'll get to watch some squirrels or foxes in their natural habitat (or the fluffy neighbourhood cat who tends to come by).

The beautiful gardens were a drawcard. In a quiet location with easy access to the town and short walk to connecting cable cars. Washing facilities were a must for long term travel. The gym is a good size and very functional. The lift is very unique.
