Lovely single room in the pedestrian area. Near all the important sightseeing and the station. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and room ameneties

The unigue smell of raclette from the restaurant takes some getting used to!

The hotel is in a great location, with the old town right outside your door. The staff was efficient and helpful. We arrived from an international flight at 10:30 am. The gave us restroom access to change and cleanup and held our luggage so we could explore a bit while our rooms were prepared.

I can't think of anything. We were impressed by everything. If only we could have stayed longer!

Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant staff were equally welcoming and friendly. They all left a great impression. We booked 2 rooms for 3 people and asked for rooms close by, We got rooms next to each other. My daughter's room was upgraded so she had a single occupancy double room. Both rooms overlooked a lovely central courtyard, occupied by neighbouring restaurants. It was busy early evening but calmed down soon after 23.00 .This was while Euro 2024 was on, there was a lounge downstairs to watch the matches with free beers and colas. Super !

The room on my 2nd visit was a single, and was about the same price as my first stay, but definitely was not as comfortable

Location, location, location! Breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant was cute swiss. Tea making facilities in room were appreciated. Staff were lovely (and remembered me on the 2nd visit from the first) and I love the sweets they have at front desk. I actually stayed twice at this hotel - the first time in a double room which was great value and spacious enough to be comfortable.

Disliked · The only thing I can think of is lacking the ramp to go to the hotel entrance. In my case, the reception staff saw me struggling to lift the luggage in the short stairway (because of my hand injury) and rushed to the door to assist me.

The hotel is in very central location and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided the drinking water one bottle a day and also in the common room throughout the stay. The room I stayed included the slippers which was a bonus. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good enough to fill up the stomach to start the day. Swiss Chuchi, the restaurant in the hotel, is one of the popular restaurants in Zurich. The food was very delicious.

Fantastic location, easy walk to shops, restaurants, sight seeing, trains. It was an easy flat 10 min walk from the train station. The staff were exceptional, we had adjoining rooms which were spacious and clean. A lovely breakfast was included with plenty of variety. And the restaurant at night was very popular, but being a guest, we were guaranteed a seat - you've got to try the fondu! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Front entry steps are difficult for older or less mobile patrons.

It is very well located for touring the “old town” parts of Zurich. All the facilities and the staff were excellent.

It was a bit difficult to move the luggage on a few stairs at the front entrance. Overall the room was clean, but there were stains on the toilet seat. Sounds from the streets could be heard, and occasionally cigarette smoke could be smelled in the room.

Great location, close to the train station, supermarket, restaurants, etc. The room was cozy, with good lighting. Complimentary drinks were provided in the lounge.

This was the sixteenth hotel of my trip and was one of my favorites. I was greeted warmly, and the receptionist tried hard to get me into my room right away. I ultimately only waited for about 40 minutes to get in, still long before the official check-in time. The hotel is a short walk to the train station in an interesting area. The breakfast was quite good. snd the nice lady even put chocolate sprinkles on my cappuccino. The hotel is nicely decorated,as was my room.

Great Hotel right in the heart of Zurich, ideal for exploring the city and close to all amenities in the centre. Room was beautifully decorated with a fresco of Zurich on the wall. Good choice of TV channels from lots of countries. Loved the fridge with coke and water during your stay. It may not sound like much but it's a great thought that i've not come across before. Artwork in the stairwell of the hotel was certainly pleasingly different, Staff were all brilliant and the restaurant was excellent. And of course there's the cow :)
