We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe owner of the hotel is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are older but that is expected for this hotel; they were clean and everything functioned well. Breakfast is good and generous and the hotel is quiet. We were looking for something basic, inexpensive and clean in high season and we got what we paid for. Be aware that to get to Saas-Fee you need to take a bus, sometimes with a change in the center of Saas-Grund, but the management can help with the schedule.

Great location and nice lovely place with great staff. Highly recommended for family stay. Only suggestion some help for pickup from station would be great addition otherwise nothing else to suggest. Great people and great location, loved the experience.

SwitzerlandThe only reason I rated 9 instead of 10 is because of the location of the Hotel. Near an old camping place which is not open any more and a bit out of Saas Grund (3') by car/bus giving you the impression of an old isolated almost industrial yard.
The lady at the reception is really friendly and kind ready to help and give hints about the region any time. smiling and positiv. Value for money. We could use the bus for free and having an accomodation in the Saas region provides you the Saastalcard including some discounts for different activities. The hotel is simple and I would say old but really nice.

United KingdomIt’s a bit out of the way, however there is a bus stop with regular service directly outside, and there is also a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river to the centre of Saas-Grund.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were happy to provide local advice and look after a bag while I was out and about on the day of departure. Also the set three course meal (paid for separately) was excellent and the breakfast superb.
